Abstract

This article discusses the role of Indonesian in enhancing individuals' mental resilience in facing life's challenges. The background of the problem includes the importance of Indonesian in helping individuals see the positive side of problems, relieve anxiety, and generate enthusiasm to face challenges. The focus of the problem is to explore how Indonesian language influences self-perception, mindset, and response to stress and pressure, and how it can be used as a tool to communicate thoughts, feelings, and strategies to increase resilience. This article utilizes the qualitative literature study method. The findings of this article include an analysis of the relationship between Indonesian language and resilience that affects adolescents' mental resilience in facing life's challenges. Some of the finding points include the function of language as a communication tool, reflecting the image of the mind, and personality, as well as the role of language in bridging resilience in facing life's challenges. The conclusion of this article confirms that Indonesian plays an important role in building individual mental resilience, as well as the importance of bahasa Indonesia secara aktif dan pasif mampu mengungkapkan pemahaman dan keterampilannya secara konsisten, sistematis, logis, dan langsung.increasing understanding of the role of language in building individual mental resilience to improve people's psychological well-being. ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas peran bahasa Indonesia dalam meningkatkan ketahanan mental individu dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup. Latar belakang masalahnya mencakup pentingnya bahasa Indonesia dalam membantu individu melihat sisi positif dari masalah, meredakan kecemasan, dan membangkitkan semangat untuk menghadapi tantangan. Fokus masalahnya adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana bahasa Indonesia mempengaruhi persepsi diri, pola pikir, dan respon terhadap stres dan tekanan, serta bagaimana bahasa tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengkomunikasikan pikiran, perasaan, dan strategi untuk meningkatkan resiliensi. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian Studi literatur kualitatif. Temuan dari artikel ini mencakup analisis hubungan bahasa Indonesia dengan resiliensi yang mempengaruhi ketahanan mental remaja dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup. Beberapa poin temuan meliputi fungsi bahasa sebagai alat komunikasi, mencerminkan citra pikiran, dan kepribadian, serta peran bahasa menjembatani resiliensi dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup. Simpulan dari artikel ini menegaskan bahwa bahasa Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam membangun ketahanan mental individu, serta pentingnya meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran bahasa dalam membangun ketahanan mental individu untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is based on the  fact  that an investor who wants to invest in their shares sees the  value of the company. This   study aims   to examine: 1)  The effect   of tax   avoidance   on firm   value, 2)   The effect    ofl    corporate   governance   on                                                     firm     value. This type oflresearch is quantitative research. The population of this research is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry  which  are listed  on  the  Indonesia   Stock  Exchange   (BEI)   for   the   2015-2018   period.   The   sampling   technique in this study was purposive sampling. The data of this study used financial report data and annual reports obtained by 34 companies with a research period of 4 years and 37 outlier data so that the total sample size was 99 research data. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and www.sahamok.com. The analytical test used is multiple linear regression analysis with the statistical analysis   test   method   using   the   SPSS   version   26   software   program.   The  results showed that: 1) Tax avoidance has a positive effect on firm value. 2) Corporate governance with indicators: The Board of Directors has a negative effect on firm value, the proportion of the Independent Commissioner has no negative effect on company value and the Audit Committee has a positive effect on firm value.
