Abstract

The construction area is the area that has the most sources of danger. UPN "Veteran" East Java is currently constructing several buildings, such as the addition of lecture halls or the construction of laboratories. The density of the campus area with thousands of students around the construction project makes the risk of danger high. Several cases of students slipping and tripping in the construction area due to scattered building materials, making the application of safety signs need to be considered. This study aims to determine how necessary safety signs are for work safety on the UPN "Veteran" East Java construction project. Where the population used in this activity is students with a sample size of 30 people. The methods used are statistical methods of the ANOVA test, Ergonomic Checklist, and Questionnaire of understanding of safety signs. The results of data processing concluded that the application of OHS signs is needed, especially signs of danger of falling goods, tripping warnings, slipping warnings, and slippery floor warnings

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi media sosial merupakan salah satu strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan branding produk. Media sosial adalah alat yang sangat kuat untuk membangun hubungan dan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang merek. Penggunaan media sosial dapat sangat bermanfaat bagi UMKM untuk membangun kesadaran merek dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Naturally Carbolic merupakan produk inovasi terbaru yang memanfaatkan komoditi tanaman sereh yang banyak terdapat di Kecamatan Karah, Kota Surabaya. Naturally Carbolic merupakan olahan tanaman sereh yang dimana tanaman tersebut tersedia sangat banyak di lingkungan Kecamatan Karah. Statusnya sebagai produk baru, membuat kegiatan promosi menjadi hal krusial yang perlu diperhatikan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah produk Naturally Carbolic dapat dikenal oleh pasar dan adanya peningkatan penjualan melalui aplikasi sosial media. Peningkatan Branding dilakukan dengan pembuatan label dan logo pada kemasan produk. Sosial Media yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Instagram dan Shopee. Berdasarkan data yang sudah tervalidasi, platform Instagram maupun Shopee merupakan platform yang banyak diakses dari berbagai kalangan. Sehingga sangat cocok untuk dapat melakukan promosi dan penjualan melalui kedua aplikasi tersebut. Maka kedua platform tersebut dinilai banyak memberikan dampak positif bagi pemasaran khususnya produk-produk baru dari UMKM yang memiliki keterbatasan baik dari segi ekonomi maupun lahan dalam memperkenalkan produknya termasuk di UMKM Kecamatan Karah, Kota Surabaya

Abstract

Cathodic protection is used to prevent corrosion in gas pipeline networks, so it is necessary to conduct regular inspections to ensure its effectiveness. This research uses the Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (Fuzzy FMEA) method to analyse the results of cathodic protection inspections on the PT PGAS Solution Area Bekasi gas pipeline network, identify the causes of failures, and determine the control actions that can be taken based on the cause of the failure. Data obtained from cathodic protection inspection activities and expert interviews show that the most common failures are those with low potential values. FRPN calculations using the Fuzzy FMEA method show that environmental factors are critical causes of low potential failures. The main cause is an environment with a soil barrier that is too high, so control measures can be taken by adding additional anodes, lowering the soil barrier or replacing the anode with a larger one. It is hoped that the results will become a recommendation for companies to solve the problem of low potential value disturbances in cathodic protection.
