Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the development of rapid Demian use of the Internet to conduct transactions in the world. Today virtually all parties have used the Internet both for individuals, businesses and government agencies. However, the global Internet usage has led certain parties to commit crimes in cyberspace or cybercrime. Because of human activities in the cyber world is limitless activities that have an international dimension, the transnational nature of crimes committed so that when viewed from the global rate of loss has exceeded the crimes committed due to drug sales. To deal with this problem it is necessary that takes into account protection through regulatory harmonization Globally and will be able implementad in natiomal regulations. This research purpose are to analyze several legal issues such as how International Law Play an Important Role in Regulationd and urge international Cooperation to combat Cybercrime. This research used a normative juridical approach which focuses on secondary data, then used all the legal and juridical methods of historical comparison is obtained from the research literature is supported by primary data from field research. The specifications of research used is descriptive analytical and subsequent data collected were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research and data analysis can be concluded that International Law has play an important role in regulating Cyberlaw and has promote international cooperation in combating Cybercrime and at the same time will encourage the harmonization of Cyberlaw Regulations.

Abstract

Metakognitif merupakan salah satu komponen yang penting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Buku ajar merupakan sarana yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh implementasi buku ajar metakognitif terintegrasi mind map terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperiemen dan kelas kontrol. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experiment design dengan menggunakan metode penelitian control pretest dan posttest design. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 37 siswa kelas XII MIA 4 dan 37 siswa kelas XII MIA 5. Pada kelas eksperimen digunakan buku ajar strategi metakognitif terintegrasi mind map, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan buku ajar yang biasa digunakan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan nilai pretest posttest kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Uji Z menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Implementasi buku ajar strategi metakognitif berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar. Peningkatan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada kelas kontrol. Kelas kontrol mendapatkan kategori sedang (0.44) dan kelas eksperimen dengan kategori tinggi (0.85). Kata kunci: quasi experiment, metakognitif, mind map, mutasi, hasil belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze stock investment decisions in investors in Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The Analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using primary data. It involved 95 respondents who invested in stocks for more than a year as research objects. The results of the analysis show investors with a good understanding of financial literacy will make the right investment decisions and investors with a high level of financial literacy will be better aware and able to minimize the risks that will be faced but when investors want a high rate of return then investors can tolerate risk in order to get a profit in the future. The absence of a direct relationship between overconfidence to investment decisions can be incarnate in the world of stocks, the most respondents are respondents whose investment experience is 1 year to 3 years, it can be said as a beginner player in stock investing. beginners players are not reliable in making decisions. The most respondents were respondents aged 30-39 years. This age includes a mature age. Respondents with a mature age will be more careful, they do not make an unsecured excess confidence as a reference in acting in investment activities, although an attitude of excessive confidence can help respondents to be able to tolerate risks arising from activities.

Abstract

The motivating basis of the study was generated from the fact that there is still little known about the research investigating request strategies in student’s requestive emails in Indonesian context in which the status of English is as a foreign language (EFL). This study intends to examine student’s pragmalinguistic competence realized in request strategies when emailing their lecturers as well as exploring their consideration in choosing certain linguistic means in their email. Case study was employed to get clear description of this particular case. Then, the CCARP framework was utilized to analyze 30 requestive emails composed by 15 students, and qualitative analysis was also applied to draw conclusion from student’s interview. The findings indicated that direct strategies such as mitigated imperative and want statements were mostly realized in more of student’s requestive emails. Moreover, social factors such as age, power, status, and distance become student’s reasons in choosing certain linguistic choices when emailing their lecturers. This present study finally offers some recommendations that can be applied in foreign language setting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pandemi covid 19 terhadap harga emas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh kasus terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 di Indonesia dan data harga emas pada periode Maret hingga Desember 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu SPSS. Kesimpulan dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa Covid-19 berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga emas di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal pada masalah kurang berkembangnya kemampuanmotorik kasar pada anak kelompok A, hal ini disebabkan karena kurangefektifnya penggunaan startegi atau metode pembelajaran serta penyampainpembelajaran yang kurang menarik kepada anak-anak, sehingga anak-anak kurangtertarik dalam proses pembelajaran tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah permasalahdi atas peneliti menggunakan kegiatan Outbound dalam meningkatkan motorikkasar anak pada kelompok A RA Al-Fattah Sukamurni Desa Maja SelatanKabupaten Majalengka Tahun Ajaran 2018-2019 dengan jumlah 13 anak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kegiatanoutbound terhadap motorik kasar anak.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dandokumentasi sekolah berupa foto-foto dan vidio. Untuk mengetahui adanyapengaruh kegiatan outbound terhadap motorik kasar anak maka dilakukanpengeolahan data regresi dengan uji “t”, yaitu suatu tes statistik yang digunakanuntuk menguji kebenaran atau kepalsuan hipotesis nihil.Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (i) Bagaimana kegiatanoutbound yang dilaksanakan di kelompok A RA Al-Fattah Blok Sukamurni DesaMaja Selatan Kecamatan Maja? (ii) Bagaiamana Perkembangan Motorik Kasaranak di kelompok A RA Al-Fattah Blok Sukamurni Desa Maja SelatanKecamatan Maja? (iii) Seberapa besar pengaruh kegiatan outbound terhadapperkembangan motorik kasar anak di kelompok A RA Al-Fattah Blok SukamurniDesa Maja Selatan Kecamatan Maja?Hasil pembelajaran menggunaka Kegiatan Outbound dalam meningkatkanmotorik kasar anak ditunjukan dari analisis data yang peneliti peroleh yaitu thitung sebesar 8,6. Untuk menentukan ttabel dalam penelitian ini, maka dilakukan perhitungan dengan rumus derajat kebebasan (df) dan mendapatkan hasil 12,Kemudian pada taraf signifikan 5 % dengan df 12 yaitu sebesar 1,782, tarafsignifikan 1 % yaitu 2,681. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ???????????????????????? 5 % sebesar 1,782dan 1 % sebesar 2,681. lebih kecil dari ????ℎ???????????????????? sebesar 8,6 maka Ha diterima Hoditolak. Artinya terdapat pengaruh antara kegiatan Outbound terhadap motorickasar anak di RA Al-Fattah Sukamurni Maja Selatan Kecamatan Maja KabupatenMajalengka.

Abstract

PT ABC is a company engaged in the distribution of various kinds of building materials, wood construction materials, chemicals, office machines, glass, porcelain, cement, household equip-ment and supplies, and dairy products. The aim of this research is to meet fluctuating product demand. In this article, there are four forecasting methods used based on historical data graphic patterns, namely Naïve, Simple Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average, and Exponential Smoothing. Then, the best forecasting method with the smallest error rate was determined for the X Brush product at PT ABC. From the research results, it is known that the forecasting graph has a trend pattern due to an increase or decrease in data in the long term. The appropriate method for forecasting is using the Exponential Smoothing method with α = 0.1 with a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) value of 132.48, Mean Square Error (MSE) of 21981, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 61.73%%..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the company's green accounting implementation in improving operational activities. The type of research conducted in this study is quantitative research with the object of research, namely PT Malindo Feedmil in Gresik. The variables used are Return On Asset, Environmental Performance and Environmental Disclosure. Data analysis using SPSS 22, where the results of the analysis obtained are environmental performance (Environmental Performance) does not significantly affect ROA with a significance value of (0.927) ˃ 0.05), while Environmental Disclosure affects ROA with a significance value of 0.002 ˂ 0.05.

Abstract

The construction area is the area that has the most sources of danger. UPN "Veteran" East Java is currently constructing several buildings, such as the addition of lecture halls or the construction of laboratories. The density of the campus area with thousands of students around the construction project makes the risk of danger high. Several cases of students slipping and tripping in the construction area due to scattered building materials, making the application of safety signs need to be considered. This study aims to determine how necessary safety signs are for work safety on the UPN "Veteran" East Java construction project. Where the population used in this activity is students with a sample size of 30 people. The methods used are statistical methods of the ANOVA test, Ergonomic Checklist, and Questionnaire of understanding of safety signs. The results of data processing concluded that the application of OHS signs is needed, especially signs of danger of falling goods, tripping warnings, slipping warnings, and slippery floor warnings

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze internal and external strategies in the development of the tempeh industry in Sendang Mulya Sari Village, Tonggauna District, Konawe Regency. The determination of the research sample was carried out intentionally (purposive sampling) using key informants, in this study the key informant was Mrs. Ratmi, the owner of the tempeh business. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using analysis tools, namely SWOT. The development strategy of the "Mrs. Ratmi" tempeh industry business in Sendang Mulya Sari Village, Tongauna District, Konawe Regency is in quadrant I, namely the SO = 4.14 strategy, which is a very profitable position for the company because at this time the tempeh business has opportunities and strengths that can be utilized. The strategy that must be carried out in this condition is to change the old strategy. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy) so that it can increase the income of tempeh entrepreneurs.
