Abstract

Each literary work must contain the internal elements, writing cannot be called a literary work, because these elements are important in the formation of the literary work. In this poem expresses the feelings of the poet through his elements. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the elements of poetry in it, because knowledge of the analysis of the structure is the elements of the interior, using the theory of the analysis of the structure of this poem. One of the literary works is the poem "I will tell you I love you", a kind of literary genre in which the poet depicts his experience in balanced words. As for the research method used in writing this research, it is the descriptive analytical method, as it describes and analyzes the poem with the theory of structure with its elements. To collect information and data related to this research, we rely on the library method. By reviewing the literary and linguistic scientific books related to this research. Among the results reached by the researcher is that the structure in the poem is four, namely, the subject is the love of women, the emotion is longing, happiness, and fear, and the imagination that the poet depicts is the graphic imagination, the compositional imagination, and the style.

Abstract

                                           ABSTRAKLatar belakangi dari penelitian ini adalah hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan dengan para pustakawan pada kantor Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Aceh Utara, dimana pada proses pengolahan bahan pustaka terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara subyek buku dengan nomor kelas, sehingga berdampak pada temu balik koleksi yang dilakukan oleh pemustaka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengolahan yang dilakukan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Aceh Utara dan dampaknya terhadap temu balik informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengolahan bahan pustaka yang dilakukan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Aceh Utara sudah memenuhi standar pengolahan Perpustakaan sebab sudah menggunakan bagan klasifikaasi dan adftar tajuk subjek yang sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan. Namun demikian dalam proses pengolahannya masih terdapat beberapa   kendala. Salah satunya adalah terdapat doubel jobddesk pustakawan bidang pengolahan dan pustakawan yang tidak berlatar belakang Pendidikan ilmu Perpustakaan sehingga mengakibatkan banyak persepsi yang terjadi pada saat pemberian nomor kelas yang mengakibatkan terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara nomor kelas dengan subjek dokumen. Hal ini terjadi karena pustakawan dalam menentukan nomor kelas dan subjek bahan pustaka hanya dengan membaca halaman buku atau daftar isi buku.  Kata Kunci: Pengolahan Bahan Pustaka, Temu Balik Informasi, Perpustakaan Umum ABSTRACTThe background of this research is the results of initial observations made with librarians at the Office of the Library and Archives of North Aceh Regency, where in the processing of library materials there is a discrepancy between the subject of the book and the class number, so that it has an impact on the collection of retrieval carried out by users. The purpose of this study was to determine the processing system carried out at the Office of the Library and Archives of North Aceh Regency and its impact on information retrieval. The method used is qualitative through a descriptive approach with data collection techniques using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the library material processing system carried out at the North Aceh Regency Library and Archives Service had met the library processing standards because it used a classification chart and subject heading list that were in accordance with the provisions. However, in the processing there are still some obstacles. One of them is that there are double job librarians in the field of processing and librarians who do not have a background in library science education, resulting in many perceptions that occur when giving class numbers which result in mismatches between class numbers and document subjects. This happens because the librarian in determining the class number and subject of library materials only by reading the pages of the book or the table of contents of the book. Keywords: Library Material Processing, Information Retrieval, Public Library
