Abstract

This research focuses on eliminating facilities and infrastructure in an institution or educational institution. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach. The study results show that Elimination is included in the infrastructure management process as a form of liberation of infrastructure facilities from accountability that has been imposed. This can be seen from 1) the definition of the Elimination of facilities and infrastructure, namely the Elimination of facilities and infrastructure is a procedure that tries to remove facilities and infrastructure from the inventory list; 2) the purpose of the Elimination of facilities and infrastructure, namely the purpose of the Elimination is to reduce the loss of institutions in the maintenance of goods or equipment, increase budget efficiency, provide freedom to institutions of security, guard, and accountability of goods, and reduce the burden of maintaining inventory; 3) conditions for the removal of facilities and infrastructure, namely the conditions for the removal of infrastructure facilities must be in a state of severe damage; 4) the mechanism for the Elimination of facilities and infrastructure, namely the elimination mechanism carried out by auctioning and destroying procedures; 5) procedures for the Elimination of facilities and infrastructure, i.e. The municipality has established procedures for the removal of educational facilities and infrastructure that must be followed to save money and vacate classrooms.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the Discipline Supervision of Students at SMP IT Fathona Pakjo Palembang. The type of research uses a qualitative research approach. The key informant in the Discipline Supervision of Students at SMP IT Fathona Pakjo Palembang is the school principal. Supporting informants in this research include the Vice Principal for Student Affairs and teachers at SMP IT Fathona Pakjo Palembang. Data collection techniques in qualitative research involve interviews, observations, and documentation. After collecting the data, the author analyzes and explains the data. The data analysis model used in this research consists of steps for data collection, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the supervision of student discipline at SMP IT Fathona Pakjo Palembang is carried out effectively, through several stages namely monitoring student discipline, checking student discipline, guidance and direction on student discipline, disciplinary actions for students, and corrective actions for student discipline.

Abstract

Permasalahan proses distribusi suatu produk masih sering terjadi di suatu perusahaan yang mendistribusikan produknya dengan skala besar. Permasalahan pada pendistribusian PT. XYZ disebabkan oleh tidak adanya rute optimal dikarenakan armada mengunjungi wilayah yang berbeda-beda yang dapat menyebabkan jarak, waktu dan biaya bahan bakar cukup besar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan Algoritma Genetika dengan software Matlab untuk merancang dan memodelkan proses distribusi telur dari gudang ke masing – masing agen di wilayah Lima Puluh Kota. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan memodelkan untuk menentukan rute distribusi serta menghitung penghematan biaya distribusi dan menunjukkan nilai utilitas kendaraan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan dengan jarak terbaik pada armada 1 dengan titik pengantaran 1-23-19-11-13-6-12-8-16-21-25-26-24-1, dengan total jarak tempuh 99,35 Km dan armada 2 dengan titik pengantaran 1-2-20-4-14-9-18-7-10-17-15-22-3-5-1, dengan jarak tempuh 172,80 Km. Adapun penghematan bahan bakar kendaraan sebesar 30 % pada armada 1 dan 11 % pada armada 2.
