Abstract

The Green Building concept is one of the solutions to creating development while still paying attention to environmental aspects. Although the concept of green building offers a positive impact on the environment, the goal of an energy-saving system will not be optimally achieved if building occupants are not actively involved in the energy-saving process. ITS has made efforts to save energy through the Eco Campus program by involving building users. ITS building users already have a good awareness of energy savings, but several variables have substandard values. It is because the actions of building users to save energy will always be influenced by obstacles, considering the many parties involved in the process. This study analyzes the obstacles faced by building users in efforts to save electrical energy in ITS campus buildings. A total of 181 questionnaires were distributed to building users consisting of lecturers, staff, and students. The results of the study found that the most influential obstacles in efforts to save electrical energy were the lack of commitment to achieving success in electrical energy efficiency, electricity-saving policies that varied at each level of the bureaucracy, and the absence of binding regulations or policies. This research adds novelty to knowledge in the field of sustainable development, particularly in the analysis of barriers to achieving energy savings in campus buildings.Keywords: obstacles, green building, energy efficiency ABSTRAK Konsep Green Building merupakan satu dari banyak jalan keluar dalam menciptakan pembangunan dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek lingkungan. Meski konsep green building menawarkan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan, tujuan suatu sistem penghematan energi tidak akan tercapai secara maksimal jika pengguna gedung tidak secara aktif terlibat dalam proses penghematan energi. ITS memiliki upaya pencapaian penghematan energi melalui program Eco Campus dengan melibatkan pengguna gedungnya. Pengguna Gedung ITS telah memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya penghematan energi yang baik, namun terdapat beberapa variabel yang memiliki nilai di bawah standar. Hal ini disebabkan aksi pengguna gedung untuk menghemat energi tidak akan lepas dari hambatan mengingat banyaknya pihak yang terlibat dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisis hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh pengguna gedung dalam upaya penghematan energi listrik di bangunan gedung kampus ITS. Sebanyak 181 kuesioner didistribusikan kepada pengguna gedung yang terdiri dari dosen, staff dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hambatan yang paling berpengaruh dalam upaya penghematan energi listrik adalah kurangnya komitmen untuk mencapai sukses dalam efisiensi energi listrik, kebijakan penghematan energi listrik yang berbeda-beda di setiap level birokrasi kampus, dan tidak adanya peraturan atau kebijakan yang mengikat. Penelitian ini menambahkan kebaruan ilmu pada bidang pembangunan berkelanjutan, khususnya dalam analisis hambatan dalam ketercapaian penghematan energi pada gedung kampus.Kata kunci: Hambatan, green building, efisiensi energi, Delphi

Abstract

The development of the use of social media is an opportunity that needs to be utilized well, so that it can be used as a marketing technique that can increase the acceptance of prospective new students. In the current digital era, e-marketing techniques are one of the marketing techniques that are taken into account. Social media, which is an application that is widely used by many people and can be easily accessed at any time, is one of the fastest ways to disseminate information. Prospective students and parents of prospective students can easily get information. Pawyatan 3 Vocational School Daha Kediri seizes the opportunities that exist. However, SMK Pawyatan 3 Daha Kediri has difficulty marketing using social media. For this reason, social media management training is needed so that it can be used as marketing media. So that Pawyatan 3 Daha Kediri Vocational School is able to make good use of social media and can expand the scope of marketing and increase prospective students.

Abstract

Abstrak Guna mendukung produktivitas pertanian Indonesia maka PT Petrokimia Gresik mendirikan pabrik pupuk NPK Cair. Namun, pelaksanaan konstruksi pabrik mengalami keterlambatan sehingga biaya proyek meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan inti masalah keterlambatan pada proyek konstruksi pabrik tersebut secara komprehensif menggunakan metode analisa risiko dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Kuisioner dan wawancara dilakukan dalam proses pengumpulan data. Hasil dari analisa risiko didapatkan 6 (enam) risiko dengan kategori high yaitu: (1) Izin Kerja terlambat, (2) Kualitas dan kuantitas pekerja kurang, (3) Pengiriman ulang material karena perbedaan gambar dan spesifikasi, (4) Kesalahan perhitungan volume pekerjaan sehingga dilakukan pemesanan tambahan, (5) Pemesanan tambahan material karena perubahan spesifikasi serta (6) Pemesanan tambahan material karena perubahan desain yang mendadak. Akar penyebab risiko tersebut dicari dengan FTA, didapatkan 11 basic event dan 5 kombinasi basic event. Pemesanan tambahan material karena perubahan spesifikasi memiliki signifikansi terbesar sebagai penyebab keterlambatan proyek (Q sebesar 0,003994). Kata kunci: konstruksi pabrik, risiko, keterlambatan proyek, Fault Tree Analysis, structured interviewed   Abstract In order to support Indonesia's agricultural productivity, PT Petrokimia Gresik established a new factory. However, the factory project is delayed which has increased project costs. This research aims to present a comprehensive method for exploring the root cause that causes delays using risk analysis and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Questionnaires and interview were carried out in the data collection process. The results of the risk analysis showed that there were 6 (six) risks in the high category, namely: (1) Late work permits, (2) Insufficient quality and quantity of workers, (3) Re-delivery of materials due to differences in drawings and specifications, (4) Errors in calculating BOQ, (5) additional materials order due to changes in specifications and (6) Orders for additional materials due to sudden design changes. The results obtained 11 basic events and 5 basic event combinations. Additional material orders due to changes in specifications have the greatest significance as a cause of delays in the project (Q=0.003994). Keywords: factory construction, risk, project delay, Fault Tree Analysis, structured interviewed
