Abstract

To keep up with the times that have entered the digitalization era, the need for internet use is increasingly needed in various human activities, including the application of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart office system which is one of the breakthroughs in IT technology. There are some features that can be done as well as beneficial impacts to support worker activities through an internet-based smart office system. IoT is one of the technologies needed by many industries, from several large companies and startups, they have changed their workflows that tend to be conventional into smart offices. Currently, there are a lot of worker activities that have been integrated with various kinds of electronic media and internet networks to help them in their work.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a challenge for the business world today to transform into a digital company that utilizes information technology to optimize company business processes, for efficiency and effectiveness in company performance with improved operational acceleration to achieve company goals. Education is a massive industry in carrying out technological innovation and improving teaching methods, but it is still separated only by one process in education. The aim of this research is to select, examine and combine the development of collaborative technological innovation with the development of learning models carried out previously, then adapting them into an Enterprise Architect smart course design. The research method used is literature study and observation at educational institutions, especially the skills course industry, so that a comprehensive smart course design can be created, adopting proven learning methods, teaching techniques and technological innovation into a rich diagram model. can be understood by all levels of stakeholders in the company. The result of this research is an Enterprise architecture smart course blueprint with ArchiMate modeling, using a business model canvas (BMC) to describe the business architecture and the TOGAF ADM framework which represents the entire Enterprise design and information technology components to support each process in the business design

Abstract

Teknologi dicipatakan untuk menghasilkan suatu barang atau produk sehingga mempermudah kerja dan aktivitas manusia. Salah satu teknologi di bidang pesawat angkat yaitu tangga sederhana sampai jenis alat angkat yang canggih seperti forklift dan juga crane. Selama ini yang terjadi di Sub Departemen 1.2, Departemen Produksi 1, Divisi Senjata khususnya pada mesin broaching vertical dalam membuat komponen rumah mekanik senapan serbu (SS) terdapat dua proses penggantian fixture dengan dua proses yang berbeda, akan tetapi dalam mengangkat fixture yang akan dipasang pada mesin broaching vertical tersebut yang mana berat dari fixture itu sendiri mencapai 50 kg (melebihi kapasitas maksimal angkat manusia 40 kg) hanya diangkat menggunakan jalur tangga sederhana dan masih menggunakan tenaga manusia yang memiliki kesulitan bahkan berisiko kecelakaan yang tinggi. Berdarsarkan permasalah tersebut penulis mengajukan penelitian “pembuatan alat angkut fixture pada mesin broaching vertical” dengan kapasitas angkut 50 kg. Pada proses desain alat ini menggunakan aplikasi solidworks dan perencanaan dan pembuatan rangka alat angkut mekanik ini menggunakan bahan material U-beam, mild steel plate yang dikerjakan menggunakan mesin gergaji potong, gerindatangan, mesin bubut, mesin bor, bor tangan serta mesin las listrik untuk proses fabrikasi. Sistem transmisi alat ini menggunakan tali sling/wire rope yang ujungnya dipasanng kail derek/winch lalu dihubungkan dan berjalan melalui jalur pulley dan digerakan oleh motor listrik. Dimensi alat yang direncanakan memiliki panjang rangka kaki 1800 mm dan panjang lengan 650 mm. Setelah pembuatan alat, selanjutnya akan dilakukan pemasangan pada mesin broaching vertical dan dilakukan pengujian dengan beban 50 kg.
