Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Motivation, HR Development and Management Support both partially and simultaneously on Work Productivity at the Lebak Regency Transportation Service. This type of research uses quantitative methods with survey research. The population of this research is 154 employees at the Department of Transportation (DISHUB) Lebak Regency, Rangkasbitung, Banten. The sampling technique used was a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, namely 61 research samples used in this research. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression were processed using the SPSS V.20 analysis tool. It was concluded in this research that motivation, human resource development, and management support partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Lebak Regency Transportation Service Employees, this shows that motivation plays a role in supporting work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of the influence of leadership style, communication and work environment on the performance of employees of the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative Area 10 in Lebak Residence and Bogor Residence. This research describes in detail the role and function of leadership style, communication and work environment, analyzes the factors that have an influence on employee performance, and determines the indicators used to measure employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research, with a sampling technique carried out by collecting data from a number of employees through questionnaires. Data processing was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. Simultaneous test results showed that leadership style had insignificant results on employee performance, while communication and work environment had significant results and had a positive effect on employee performance. These findings provide useful insights for cooperative area managers and all branch leaders, because they can take concrete steps to improve the performance of their employees.

Abstract

Human resources have always been the main asset for companies so that they can continue to develop. By having quality human resources, companies will be better able to develop their business activities. This research is included in quantitative research. The conclusion of this research is that there is no influence of the Work Discipline variable on Employee Performance at the Kalanganyar Community Health Center, there is an influence of the Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance at the Kalanganyar Community Health Center. and There is an influence of Work Discipline and Leadership Style variables on employee performance at the Kalanganyar Community Health Center.
