Prevalensi diabetes melitus di dunia mengalami peningkatan pesat dibarengi meningkatnya angka kejadian komplikasi kronik gangguan ginjal. Resistensi insulin yang mendasari diabetes melitus pada obesitas dimana keduanya merupakan faktor risko utama kejadian kardiovaskuler. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas dengan terjadinya proteinuria pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di poli penyakit dalam Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar. Metode Penelitian cross sectional pada 32 orang pasien DM di RS Ibnu Sina yang diukur berat badan, tinggi badan dan lingkar pinggangnya. Selain itu juga dilakukan pemeriksaan urinalisis lengkap dalam satu waktu. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kategori proteinuria (+) 4 orang (12,5%), kategori proteinuria (++) 1 orang (3,1%), kategori proteinuria (+++) 2 orang (6,3%), dan kategori proteinuria (++++) 1 orang (3,1%). Pada kategori obesitas didapatkan untuk kategori overweight ada 17 orang (53,1%), obesitas I 5 orang (15,6%), obesitas II tidak ada dan obesitas III sebanyak 1 orang (3,1%). Sedangkan berdasarkan pemeriksaan lingkar pinggang didapatkan pada kelompok lingkar pinggang normal sebanyak 1 orang tidak didapatkan proteinuria dan pada kelompok dengan lingkar pinggang tidak normal sebanyak 31 orang didapatkan proteinuria sebanyak 8 orang.  Setelah dilakukan uji statistik untuk menilai hubungan obesitas dengan proteinuria didapatkan nilai p>0,05. Begitu pula pada analisis hubungan lingkar pinggang dengan proteinuria didapatkan nilai p>0,05. Tidak ada hubungan antara obesitas dan proteinuria begitu pula dengan hubungan lingkar pinggang dan proteinuria.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pendapatan dan harga emas terhadap permintaan tabungan emas di PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Pegadaian (persero) JL.Thamrin No. 46 Kota Pematangsiantar.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui daftar pertanyaan yang diisi oleh responden, dan data sekunder data yang diambil dari PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling yang penentuan sampelnya berdasarkan kebetulan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Variabel pendapatan nasabah (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan tabungan emas (Y), dan (2) Variabel harga emas (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan tabungan emas (Y) di PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pematangsiantar. Kata kunci: Permintaan, Pendapatan Nasabah, Harga Emas, dan Tabungan Emas

In overcoming the enforcement of Criminal Law Against Drug Users In Central Java Police. The problems studied are: Criminal law policy contained in the Narcotics Act and Psychotropic Act in the prevention of narcotics and psychotropic crime, Law enforcement against the perpetrators of narcotic crime and psychotropic in Central Java Police, Efforts to overcome drug crime in Central Java Police. know and analyze the criminal law policy as well as the perpetrators as stated in Narcotics Law and Psychotropic Law in Central Java Regional Police. The results of a trial or conspiracy to commit Narcotics and Narcotics Precursor as stipulated in the narcotics law with the same imprisonment as a person committing a crime or violation of the provisions of this narcotic law, for example an experiment to provide narcotics class 1, shall be subject to imprisonment of a minimum of 4 (four) years and a maximum of 12 (twelve) years and a fine of at least Rp800.000.000,00 (eight hundred million rupiah) and a maximum of Rp8,000,000,000.00 (eight billion rupiah ). While law enforcement with non-penal efforts focus more on preventive properties (prevention / penangkalan / penegindalian) before the crime occurred. Given that non-penal crime prevention efforts are more of a preventive measure for the occurrence of crime, the main target is the conducive factors causing the crime. ABSTRACTA prisoner as a person who is currently serving a sentence in a correctional facility does not mean that the prisoner loses all his rights as a human being or does not even get any rights while being a prisoner. Article 14 paragraph (1) Letter d of the Correctional Law, namely prisoners have the right to get health services and adequate food. Giving food that is not sufficient in quantity and quality can cause various health problems, including it can lead to malnutrition, so susceptible to disease, lack of motivation and apathy. The correctional facility must provide food with quality that meets health requirements. Food that meets health requirements or healthy food is food that is hygienic, nutritious, and sufficient.This research is included in normative legal research through a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The technique of collecting and processing legal materials is carried out by means of literature study, namely by looking for primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials that are relevant to the research. The analysis of the legal materials used is that the legal materials will be collected then the legal materials are processed, then proceed with analyzing the legal materials by means of interpretive, legal reasoning, and argumentation.Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that Health Services to Food Standards for Prisoners have met standards which are prisoners' rights that must be fulfilled by prisons in accordance with the applicable Law Number 12 of 1995 Concerning Corrections, as for food that meets standards, among others, namely food ingredients. which is processed does not exceed the expiration limit, where the food does not use substances that are harmful to the health of the food and the food served does not endanger health. It can be seen that the number of prisoners is 830 people and it is related to food service which in reality is 3 times a day and 2 times a day. Rights for Prisoners The implementation of this fulfillment, of course, the prison authorities still experience significant obstacles due to several factors that cannot be denied from the correctional ranks, namely what if it happens and what can no longer be avoided if the constraints in question are: 1. related to the delay delivery of food ingredients 2. foodstuffs run out before time 3. limited supply of water. This is an obstacle that is not desired by all parties in the ranks of prisons both in the implementation of health services and the provision of proper food for prisoners.Keywords: Health Services, Prisoners, Correctional Institution

ABSTRACTTelevision as a mass media which are as a device that has a major influence against the social life. One of the teens who were popular impressions of the moment is iLook served on Net Tv every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 pm. iLook is a program that addresses a variety of ephemera related to appearance/style/fashion, from the toe to the tip of the head. The purpose of the concept of this event is to give new insights regarding the manner and style of dress model the present without reducing the limits of decency.This research is to know the fulfillment of the needs of fashion students at impressions iLook at the Net Tv, especially based on the analysis of the theory of uses and gratifications Undiknas students in Undiknas Denpasar. This thesis uses qualitative research methods as many as 10 informants. The results from this research was broadcast media like television no less interesting in some circles that has its own interests, for example Undiknas among the students on television is still one of the obligatory media they enjoy. This is supported by the theory uses and gratifications that researchers carefully at student Undiknas itself. Uses and Gratifications explained that the main problem is not how the media change the attitudes and the behavior of the audience, but how the media meet the needs of the social and private audiences.Keywords: iLook, Uses and Gratification, Fashion, Television

The purpose of this study research is to know the improvement of students self-adjusment ability by using group guidance of VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Jati Agung. This research uses the quasy experimental method with One Group Preetest Posttest Design. The research subject is 6 students. The data collecting technique using the self adjustment scale. The result of data analysis using Wilcoxon test, on a group of experiment where Zcount = -2.207 Ztable = 1.645, then Ho1 is rejected but Ha1 is accepted. The conclution is there is an increase in the adjustment using the tutoring group d on the VIII grade students of SMPN 2 Jati Agung, academic year of 2016/2017.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatkan penyesuaian diri siswa dengan menggunakan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa kelas VIII smp negeri 2 jati agung.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah penyesuaian dirirendah.Penelitian ini menggunakan metodequasy experimental denganOne Group Preetest Posttest Design.Subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala penyesuaian diri. Hasil analisis data dengan ujiWilcoxon, dari hasil pretest dan posstest penyesuaian diri siswa menunjukkan bahwa z hitung= -2.207 z tabel = 1,645, maka Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima.Kesimpulannya adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jati Agung tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok, penyesuaian diri

Health centers have an important role to provide the best service to the community. One of the problems in the outpatient installation of the Tambelangan Health Center is the decrease in the number of patient visits. It is necessary to evaluate the quality of service so that patients put their trust and then reuse the service until they feel satisfied. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on patient satisfaction. This research is included in the type of analytic observational using a cross-sectional approach. The sample size is 100 patients who seek treatment at the outpatient installation of the Tambelangan Health Center. The sampling technique was carried out by systematic random sampling. Data were obtained directly through the perception of the patient's assessment of the perceived service quality, their trust in the facilities and services received and including the satisfaction that the patient felt through the questionnaire instrument. The data obtained were then analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results showed that all patients (86%) stated that the overall dimensions of service quality were good, and almost all patients (81%) stated that they had believed and almost all respondents (84%) stated that they were satisfied with the service at the Outpatient Installation of the Tambelangan Health Center. Furthermore, service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.022) and trust has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.006). The conclusion of the study shows that service quality and trust can affect patient satisfaction.

Mercury and hydroquinone are chemicals that are often added in cosmetic skin whitening. Both of these chemicals inhibit the formation of melanin, a pigment to protect skin against the dangers of ultraviolet rays that can cause negative effects on the skin. The long-term use of mercury and hydroquinone cause various toxic effects such as kidney, nerve, and brain disorders as well as blood cancer and liver cancer. The purpose of this study was to analyze mercury and hydroquinone in whitening creams sold in online shops. Each analysis was carried out using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) and UV-Vis Spectrophotometer. The results showed that of the 15 samples tested, 4 samples contained mercury and hydroquinone, while 11 other samples only contained hydroquinone. From this study it can be concluded that the fifteen samples of whitening cream tested were not safe and did not meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Head of the Republic of Indonesia Drug and Food Control Agency No. 18 of 2015 concerning Technical Material Requirements for Cosmetics.

Korosi merupakan salah satu proses perusakan material karena adanya suatu reaksi antara logam dengan lingkungan. Besi merupakan logam yang mudah berkarat. Tetapi korosi logam tidak terbatas hanya pada besi, karena akan banyak logam yang ternyata mengalami proses korosi juga salah satunya aluminium. Aluminium Aluminium adalah logam lunak dan ringan dan memiliki warna keperakan kusam karena lapisan tipis oksidasi yang terbentuk saat unsur ini terkena udara.Salah satu pencegahan korosi adalah dengan menggunakan inhibitor korosi yang dapat dibuat dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan organik.Daun karamunting (Rhodomyrtus tomentosa) mengandung tanin yang dapat digunakan untuk mencegah atau memperlambat terjadinya korosi. Metode perhitunganyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengukuran kehilangan berat dengan analisa gravimetri. Inhibitor ini digunakan pada logam aluminium yang direndam dalam larutan NaOH 1 M. Konsentrasi inhibitor dari ekstrak daun karamunting adalah 20 ppm (part per million) dengan variasi waktu 5, 15, 30, 45 dan 60 menit. Laju korosipada aluminium sebelum penambahan inhibitor dengan variasi waktu berturut-turut adalah 0,047, 0,0598, 0,0719, 0,0786 dan 0,0688 g/cm.menit. Sedangkan laju korosi pada aluminium setelah adanya penambahan inhibitor yakni 0,0356, 0,0465, 0,0536, 0,0757 dan 0,0658 g/cm.menitdengan daya inhibisi berturut-turut 24,26%, 22,27%, 25,44%, 3,65% dan 1,23%. Dengan demikian adanya inhibitor dari ekstrak daun karamunting menyebabkan laju korosi pada aluminium yang direndam dalam larutan NaOH 1 M menjadi lebih lambat.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of macromedia flash learning media on the ability of concept understanding in mathematics learning to construct a triangle and quadrilateral in grade VII students of SMP 223 Jakarta. The research method used was an experiment by taking two sample groups, each of which amounted to 30 students who were taught with different media. The experimental group was taught using macromedia flash learning media and the control group was taught using power point learning media. After experimenting with different media in the two sample groups then given a test in the form of a description with the same problem to find out the results of the learning activities. Furthermore, the data obtained were tested for data requirements, namely the normality test using Chi-square test and homogeneity test using Fisher's test, from the test results both data were normal and homogeneous. After that, the data were analyzed by t-test. Based on the testing, it was concluded that there was an influence of macromedia flash learning media on the ability to understand mathematical concepts.
