Abstract

This article is a report study on the development of a learning school management model of Lhokseumawe Sukma National School and the promotion of educational standards with the aim of sustainable educational development. The research focuses on the school profile of Sukma Nation students and the achievements and challenges of the program in its implementation. The study is qualitative and uses survey methods. Information gathered through documents and interviews with relevant authorities, including focus group observations. The study also presents various manifestations of Sukma Bangsa school innovations. The results specifically show that institutional leadership is related to the implementation of five main categories of learning schools, which are personal leadership, shared vision, mental models, situated thinking and group learning. The order of applications according to the system can be seen in the changes in the behavior of the individual regarding information management, information sharing, interpretation and information search. In addition, the student and school management model has become an important part of achieving school effectiveness.

Abstract

Adolescence is a challenging developmental phase, where social anxiety can affect students' social well-being. Self-confidence is believed to be a key factor in reducing social anxiety. This study aims to explore the relationship between self-confidence and social anxiety.This research employs a quantitative method using self-confidence and social anxiety scales as instruments. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation techniques in SPSS version 23. The results indicate a significant negative correlation between self-confidence and social anxiety among middle school students. The higher a student's self-confidence, the lower their social anxiety, and vice versa.It is expected that this study can serve as a foundation for developing intervention programs aimed at enhancing students' self-confidence, enabling them to interact more effectively and achieve academic success.

Abstract

Bullying has become one of the most concerning social issues, particularly among children and adolescents. This community service activity in the form of anti-bullying psychoeducation aimed to enhance students' understanding of bullying, its impacts on both victims and perpetrators, and the importance of committing to preventing bullying behavior. The results of the activity demonstrated that psychoeducation successfully increased students' awareness of the importance of anti-bullying behavior, encouraged the development of empathy, and fostered positive attitude changes towards others. Active participation of students throughout the entire series of activities served as an indicator of the program's success. In conclusion, psychoeducation has proven to be an effective method for instilling anti-bullying values in students. This program had a positive impact by fostering a healthier school culture and supporting the development of students' character.

Abstract

Family business, businesses owned and inherited by family members, play an importantrole in the Indonesian economy. Despite its long-term benefits and legacy potential, familybusinesses are also challenging. In carrying it out, maintaining the good name of the family,providing business knowledge to family members, and overcoming difficulties in reachingagreements are key factors. Several figures such as Moores and Barrett, Marpa, Dussault, andPoza provide different views regarding the definition of a family company. However, thepoint is that this company is family owned, involved in management, and has the potential tobe sustainable across generations. In the Indonesian context, several successful familycompanies include PT. DJARUM, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Trans Corp, Bakrie Group,and Sampoerna. Knowing the various types of promising family businesses, such asrestaurants, learning courses, plantation industries, automotive businesses, and eventorganizers, can be a guide for starting a sustainable family business.
