Abstract

Beberapa PAUD di karisidenan Surakarta merupakan PAUD yang memposisikan diri sebagai PAUD dengan menyediakan layanan rutin konseling berbasis perilaku (behaviour) bagi Anak dan wali murid. Layanan konseling rutin ini bertujuan untuk menemukan perilaku maladaptif anak, baik disekolah maupun di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan konseling behaviourterhadap tingkat pemahaman konseling behaviour pada guru PAUD di Kecamatan Jaten, Karanganyar. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan konseling behaviour terhadap tingkat pemahaman konseling behaviour pada guru PAUD di Kecamatan Jaten, Karanganyar. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode quasi eksperimen, dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen berbentuk one group pre test-post test design, yang dikenal juga dengan eksperimen semu. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan konseling behaviour secara langsungkepada guru PAUD di Kecamatan Jaten, Karanganyar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis paired sample t-test, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest (65.44<86.56, sig. 0.000<0.005). Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa pelatihan konseling behavior yang dilakukan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konseling behavior guru-guru PAUD di Kecamatan Jaten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman konsep well-being terhadap penurunan kecemasan pada mahasiswa, semenjak dimulainya pembelajaran tatap muka pasca menurunnya situasi darurat Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperiment. Responden diambil menggunakan convenience sampling. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada taraf kecemasan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran tatap muka. Indikatornya mencakup: menyampaikan tujuan eksperimen, menyiapkan bahan eksperimen yaitu modul dan materi, pelaksanaan eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan pemahaman Well-being, pencatatan dan pengukuran hasil eksperimen. Sasaran dan sekaligus subjek penelitian adalah Mahasiswa S1 Psikologi Universitas Sahid Surakarta berjumlah 7 subjek. Perlakuan diberikan menggunakan pendekatan pemahaman Well-being. Kecemasan diukur dengan menggunakan skala kecemasan yang diperoleh dari pretest dan posttest. Uji hipotesis digunakan statistic parametric dengan uji t-test, untuk data yang berdistribusi normal. Statistik non-parametric dengan tes kolomogrorov-sminov dua sampel, untuk data yang tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman well being tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap penurunan kecemasan pada mahasiswa dalam menghadapi pembelajaran tatap muka. Abstract

Amid the issue of increasing environmental damage due to production processes, green resource management is needed to minimize these conditions. Green resource management is a company policy in managing human resources sustainably by involving environmental aspects to preserve nature in company management. The increasing role of sustainable development leads to the implementation of environmental issues into the mission, goals, and policies of companies in all functional areas, including human resource management (HRM). This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Descriptive research is aimed at explaining the concept of implementing Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) as a company strategy in the form of efforts to increase productivity and the company's commitment to maintaining environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between leadership style and the quality of teamwork in companies. This study uses literature review analysis to examine the concept of leadership style which includes authoritarian, democratic, and independent styles, as well as the concept of quality teamwork (TWQ). The results of this study show that the right leadership style and good relationship between leaders and employees can affect the quality of teamwork significantly. Effective communication and collaboration between team members are the most important factors in improving the quality of teamwork. Therefore, Companies are encouraged to pay attention to the leadership style of a leader and improve and teamwork to achieve goals and improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

This article is a report study on the development of a learning school management model of Lhokseumawe Sukma National School and the promotion of educational standards with the aim of sustainable educational development. The research focuses on the school profile of Sukma Nation students and the achievements and challenges of the program in its implementation. The study is qualitative and uses survey methods. Information gathered through documents and interviews with relevant authorities, including focus group observations. The study also presents various manifestations of Sukma Bangsa school innovations. The results specifically show that institutional leadership is related to the implementation of five main categories of learning schools, which are personal leadership, shared vision, mental models, situated thinking and group learning. The order of applications according to the system can be seen in the changes in the behavior of the individual regarding information management, information sharing, interpretation and information search. In addition, the student and school management model has become an important part of achieving school effectiveness.

Abstract

The research aims at exploring the influence of ethical leadership on employees’ behaviors on an individual level. It first studies the research that has been done on ethical leadership in order to provide an overview, and then explores the potential outcomes triggered by the phenomenon on employees’ behaviors. A quantitative analysis was employed with a survey of 131 respondents realized via emailing and social media.The study suggests that ethical leadership influences different variables both positively and negatively. One the one hand, it influence positively related with moral awareness, job satisfaction, motivation, and prosocial behaviors. On the other hand, ethical leadership is negatively related with organizational misbehaviors and counterproductive work behaviors.

Abstract

Security Guard Training and Training in Sukoharjo faces challenges in increasing the effectiveness of learning and concentration of participants. The activity "Ice Breaking as a Concentration for Security Guard Training Training in Sukoharjo" is proposed as an innovative approach to start training in a fresh and fun atmosphere with the aim of providing a brief overview of the importance of ice breaking in the context of security guard training in Sukoharjo as an effort to achieve optimal learning effectiveness. Ice breaking is seen as an essential first step to build relationships between participants, create a comfortable atmosphere, and increase participant motivation. The method for this service is in 3 stages starting from opening, content and closing and the population is security guards in Sukoharjo. The conclusion is that the implementation of ice breaking in security guard training in Sukoharjo is not just an opening step, but is a critical element in achieving training objectives by providing a strong foundation for effective and continuous learning.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between the ability to control the emotions of Sukoharjo Police members and their level of public service orientation. Respondents involved members of the Sukoharjo Police with an age range of 18 to 57 years. The type of research is quantitative. Data was collected through a questionnaire that included sample characteristics based on age. Test data requirements include tests of validity, reliability, normality and classical assumptions. The validity test results show a number of valid questions in the variables of emotional control and public service orientation. The reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha confirms that the two variables are reliable. The normality test shows that the data is normally distributed. Classic assumption tests such as linearity and heteroscedasticity tests provide results that support the validity of regression analysis. The simple linear hypothesis test resulted in a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 and this is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that emotional control has a significant effect on public service orientation. This shows that emotional control has a significant effect on public service orientation.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah sebuah pola baik itu pola piker ataupun sikap yang nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku. Pendidikan karakter sangatlah penting dalam membentuk kepribadian seseorang karena akan melekat dalam waktu yang lama. Pendidikan karakter dapat dieterapkan di semua jenjang usia tak terkecuali pada seoarang wali murid yang sedang menjalani figur sebagai seoarng wali murid. Sebagai seoarng wali murid yang menjalani peran motivator anaknya yang sedang menempuh dijenjang Pendidikan yang berbasis qur’an sangat diperlukan tenaga untuk membantu anaknya dalam menjaga ilmu terkait qur’an seperti hafalan, menjaga hafalan serta hal-hal yang merusak hafalan anaknya. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan ceramah dan dilanjutkan diskusi kepada wali santri dengan jumalh 75 orang. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memebrikan edukasi kepada wali santri SQI dalam memberikan kiat-kiat dan motivasi kepada anak-anaknya agar bisa mempu menjadi penghafak qur’an. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah wali santri menjadi peham akan kiat-kiat mendidikan anaknya memotivasi anaknya untuk penghafal qur’an. Hasil yang lain dalam pengabdian ini adalah semua unsur elemen yang terlbiat dalan SQI menjadi paham akan dampak negatifnya gagded yang menjadi salah satu pengahambat kegiatan belajar yang maksimal termasuk dalam mengahafl al-qur’an.

Abstract

Adolescence is characterised by a process of transition from childhood to adulthood. During the transition period, adolescents will experience development in different aspects that are influenced by different factors, one of which is the environment. Adolescents spend most of their time in the school environment, so almost all adolescent development is influenced by their friends, which can be called peer conformity, which can have negative effects, one of which is bullying behaviour, which is currently widespread. This study aims to determine the relationship between peer conformity and bullying behaviour in late adolescence. This study uses a quantitative method with a total of 100 adolescents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique (late adolescents aged 15-18 years and still actively attending school), with data analysis using simple regression test and hypothesis testing which shows R square 0.01. The results of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between peer conformity and bullying behaviour, which means that the higher the peer conformity, the higher the bullying behaviour in adolescents.
