Abstract

SISKA System is an advanced technology found in the college in order to facilitate students during study. The problem in this research was there were still many complaints from users about SISKA at IIB Darmajaya. The objective of this study is to analyze SISKA user satisfaction at IIB Darmajaya. The population in this study was all students in IIB Darmajaya as 19,410 students. The Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with respondent criteria of SISKA users in 2012-2015 as 100 respondents. The analysis tool was Importance Perfomance analysis (IPA).The analysis results with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) showed that the level of system conformity of SISKA System is between 88.94% - 96.61%, which means that the level of conformity that existed at SISKA system was ranged quite good till very good. Based on the results of the Cartesian diagram obtained the following results: there were 3 attributes in A Quadrant, 6 attributes in B Quadrant, 3 Attributes in C Quadrant and 3 attributes in D Quadrant. Therefore, it can be concluded that student of SISKA users at IIB Darmajaya feel satisfied with the service from SISKA.Keywords : Students Satisfaction, Service Quality

Abstract

Performance problem which happened at Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) Dompet Peduli  Ummat  Daarul  Tauhid  Bandar  Lampung  branch  was  the  employee performance result was not relevant with what the zakat recipient institution expected. The study aim was to analyze the effect of Work Discipline and Work Commitment on Employee Performance at Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional Dompet Peduli Ummat Daarul Tauhiid Bandar Lampung branch. The type of this study used quantitative with an associative method through cause effect method. The sample collecting method used saturated sampling technique. The data collecting method used questionnaire and interview. The data analysis used double linear regression through t test and F test. The population was all employees of Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) Dompet Peduli Ummat Daarut Tauhiit Bandar Lampung branch as 42 people. The research result shows that Work Discipline and Work Commitment significantly affected Employee Performance at Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) Dompet Peduli Ummat Daarut Tauhiid Bandar Lampung branch simultaneously and partially.Keywords — Work Discipline, Work Commitment and Performance

Abstract

The result of the path analysis showed that the significant value of the reward, the punishment, and the work discipline was smaller than the significant level (α = 0.05). Therefore, it was concluded that the reward and the punishment had thesignificant effect on the employee performance through the work discipline at Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Ltd., Panjang. It indicated that the high rewards brought employees aware of and improved the employees’ quality so that the employees were more disciplined. Moreover, the punishment (firm sanction) also brought employees to be more disciplined and to follow the company rules so that the employee performance improved. Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Work Discipline, Performance
