Abstract

This study aims to examine how Perceived Quality and Perceived Value relate to Repurchase Intention, mediated by Customer Satisfaction, among consumers of chicken salto products. This study uses an exploratory method with a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 96 respondents and data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate a positive and significant effect on the relationship between Perceived Value and Repurchase Intention, Perceived Quality and Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention, Customer Satisfaction mediating the effect of Perceived Quality on Repurchase Intention, and Customer Satisfaction mediating the effect of Perceived Value on Repurchase Intention. Additionally, there are results that do not affect the relationship between Perceived Quality and Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan transportasi, termasuk meningkatnya penggunaan layanan transportasi online seperti Gojek, Grab, dan Maxim. Meskipun pengguna terus bertambah, tingkat loyalitas pelanggan belum stabil, karena banyak pengguna yang berpindah platform sesuai dengan kemudahan dan promosi yang ditawarkan. Studi ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana User Experience dan Inovasi dalam Aplikasi memengaruhi Customer Loyalty, dengan Digital Literacy sebagai faktor yang memoderasi, pada pengguna layanan transportasi online di Bandar Lampung. Metode menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara survei kepada pengguna aktif aplikasi Gojek, Grab, dan Maxim. Data dianalisis melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Temuan studi ini mengungkapkan Customer Loyalty dapat meningkat signifikan berkat adanya User Experience dan kecakapan digital pelanggan. Sebaliknya, Inovasi Aplikasi memberikan pengaruh positif, tetapi tidak signifikan. Lebih lanjut, literasi digital berperan sebagai moderator dalam hubungan antarvariabel, yaitu dengan memperkuat efek User Experience pada Customer Loyalty, serta mengurangi kekuatan pengaruh Inovasi Aplikasi terhadap Customer Loyalty, meskipun dampak moderasi ini tidak terbukti signifikan. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital yang lebih tinggi pada pengguna akan semakin memperkuat hubungan antara pengalaman pengguna dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang pesat, namun stabilitas kinerja keuangan antar bank belum merata. Variasi nilai Z-score pada Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan kemampuan bank dalam menghadapi risiko dan menjaga keberlanjutan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR), dan Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) terhadap stabilitas kinerja keuangan dengan Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi data panel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perbankan syariah yang ada di indonesia periode 2019-2024. Dalam penelitian ini sample yang digunakan sebanyak lima bank syariah di Indonesia yang di peroleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dengan jenis data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan bank syariah yang ada di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari bank umum syariah yang memenuhi kriteria kelengkapan laporan tahunan periode 2019-2024. Pengujian dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh langsung variabel independen terhadap stabilitas kinerja keuangan maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR dan ISR tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap stabilitas kinerja keuangan. Sebaliknya, zakat performance ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stabilitas kinerja keuangan. Lebih lanjut, CSR ditemukan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ICG, sementara ZPR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ICG, dan ISR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ICG. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa ICG tidak mampu menjadi variabel mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara CSR, ZPR, dan ISR terhadap stabilitas kinerja keuangan pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines how export market concentration shapes export earnings stability from an international finance perspective. Using secondary data compiled from ITC Trade Map for Indonesia’s non oil exports during 2022-2025, the paper evaluates export value dynamics, destination market concentration, and the stability of foreign exchange generating export earnings. The analysis combines descriptive trend analysis, market share decomposition, the Herfindahl Hirschman Index (HHI), and the coefficient of variation (CV) of export earnings. The results indicate three main findings. First, Indonesia’s export earnings remained resilient despite global tightening, commodity price normalization, and exchange rate uncertainty. Second, export destinations were still moderately concentrated in a limited set of large markets, especially China, the United States, and India, implying exposure to partner specific demand shocks. Third, moderate diversification across secondary markets helped cushion aggregate earnings volatility, although sectoral dependence on a few commodities linked products remained visible. The study contributes to the international finance literature by showing that trade structure is not only a competitiveness issue but also a financial risk issue because export concentration affects foreign exchange inflows, external liquidity, and macro financial resilience. Policy implications include deeper market diversification, export upgrading, and broader use of trade finance and hedging instruments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of international trade and foreign direct investment on economic growth in five ASEAN countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand, from 2015 to 2024 from an Islamic economic perspective. Using a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the World Bank, the analysis was conducted using panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of the study indicate that international trade has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while foreign direct investment has a positive but insignificant effect on economic growth. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on economic growth. From an Islamic perspective, trade that complies with Sharia principles, such as freedom from usury, gharar, and maysir, is encouraged. In line with this, Islam also supports investment because, according to its teachings, wealth should not be hoarded but must be used in a beneficial and productive manner.
