Abstract

The identification of job competency contributions in higher education is crucial for optimizing talent development and institutional performance. This study aims to identify job competency requirements (JCR) as a fundamental instrument in talent development and establish appropriate methods for measuring JCR for non-lecturer positions in higher education institutions. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected through surveys to analyze competency requirements effectively. A case study was conducted at a university in Indonesia with an institutional accreditation rating of A (Superior), ensuring a high standard of academic and administrative operations. The findings of this study contribute to the development of a competency-based framework that supports human resource management, career development, and organizational effectiveness within higher education institutions. The results are expected to provide strategic insights into improving workforce capabilities, aligning institutional goals with employee competencies, and enhancing overall institutional performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine whether there is an influence between leadership agility and organizational commitment, the influence of career path with organizational commitment, and organizational culture with organizational commitment, the research method used is qualitative with literature review by looking for scientific articles from several reputable and national international journals, research results from In this scientific article, first, there is an influence between the variables of Leadership Agility and Organizational Commitment from several review literature obtained, second, the influence of career path with organizational commitment with the results has an influence and is significant even though there are research results from (Giri et al., 2011) stating that organizational culture has an insignificant effect on organizational commitment, but the results of other studies from other scientific articles state a positive and significant influence, the third influence of organizational culture with organizational commitment from several scientific articles obtained there is a positive and significant influence. The results of this study represent the answer from researchers who are far from perfect and still need to be continued to further research with quantitative methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of the vision of XYZ University. The factors studied are democratic leadership, competence, and motivation. This research is important to understand how these factors contribute to the success of educational institutions in achieving the set vision. The research method used was survey research using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents in this study were staff and lecturers at XYZ University. The collected data were analyzed using regression techniques to identify the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the attainment of the vision of XYZ University. Democratic leadership that involves the active participation of all members of the university, strong competence of staff and lecturers, as well as high motivation to achieve a shared vision, are important factors in achieving the university's strategic goals. The implications of this research are the importance of building democratic leadership, increasing individual competency through training and development, and fostering high motivation among staff and lecturers. In the university context, these factors can become the basis for achieving the set vision, enhancing the university's reputation, and creating a quality academic environment.

Abstract

This article reviews previous studies as theoretical reinforcement or the basis for further research. This article examines the optimization of productivity and sales of Pempek Palembang using the integer programming method. This study aims to determine the combination of production at Warung Pempek Serasan in order to create an effective and efficient pattern to create maximum profit. The results of this study are: 1) Production optimization using the integer programming method can be used to find the maximum production mix in order to get the best production results 2) Using the economic order quantity (EOQ) can be calculated maximum or minimum stock/inventory so that the stock of raw materials is not experiencing shortages or buildup; 3) Calculating the break even point (BEP) can be used as a reference for profit targets that must be obtained in the sale of a product.
