Abstract

The main focus of this research is on the understanding, implementation, and impact of the Village Law on financial governance at the village level. This research is expected to contribute to the literature on village financial governance, assist stakeholders in designing more effective policies, and encourage further research to optimize the village financial management system in accordance with the times. The normative juridical research method involves literature study and document analysis to understand the legal provisions contained in the relevant laws. The research identifies key principles in the law that impact on village financial management, including budget allocation, financial reporting, and accountability. Through a contemporary review, the research also evaluates the extent to which the laws reflect the dynamics of social, economic, and policy changes in village communities. The results provide an in-depth understanding of the implementation of relevant laws and the challenges faced by village governments in managing their finances. The findings provide a foundation for critical thinking regarding sustainability and improvement in the village financial management system, as well as for policy development that is more responsive to village needs and dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Social Compliance Index (IKS) in Banjar Regency and compare it with the National IKS of 2023. The findings indicate significant differences between the two regions across various dimensions of IKS, which include Social Awareness, Interpersonal Relations, Ethics and Morality, Environmental Conservation, and Compliance with Government Regulations. The Interpersonal Relations dimension in Banjar Regency scored 84.812, higher than the National IKS score of 78.190, indicating that the community in Banjar Regency has better social relationships and a higher level of tolerance. Similarly, in the Compliance with Government Regulations dimension, Banjar Regency scored 88.414, higher than the National IKS score of 86.060, reflecting a higher level of adherence to regulations. However, some dimensions showed a negative gap, such as Social Awareness and Environmental Conservation. Social Awareness in Banjar Regency reached 70.808, significantly lower than the National IKS of 80.410, indicating that social consciousness and empathy towards others still need improvement. Likewise, in Environmental Conservation, Banjar Regency scored 71.249, while the National IKS reached 80.280, showing that environmental awareness in the region still requires more attention. Additionally, the analysis of the relationship between antecedents (Habituation, Ritual Piety, Knowledge, and Exposure to Government Programs) and the IKS of Banjar Regency revealed a fairly strong influence. Habituation had the most significant impact with a value of 0.627, followed by Ritual Piety (0.165) and Knowledge (0.081), while Exposure to Government Programs scored 0.100. These findings indicate that social habits and religious activities play an important role in shaping the social attitudes of the community in Banjar Regency. Overall, although the IKS of Banjar Regency shows some better results compared to the National IKS, there are still major challenges in Social Awareness and Environmental Conservation that need more attention to improve the overall social quality of the community.

Abstract

Peran Influencer Menggiring Opini Politik di Media Massa dan Pemberitaan Pemberantasan Korupsi. Penelitian ini membahas peran influencer dalam menggiring opini politik terkait pemberantasan korupsi di Kalimantan Selatan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pandangan influencer dapat ditemukan hasil bahwa influencer berperan tidak langsung dengan mendorong audiens berpikir kritis. Alint, sebagai contoh, berperan sebagai penghubung antara masyarakat dan pemerintah saat komunikasi pemerintah kurang jelas. Melalui integritas dan komunikasi tegas, Alint membangun kepercayaan tanpa memanipulasi opini. Berdasarkan teori pengaruh sosial-budaya dan agenda-setting, influencer dapat mendorong transparansi pemerintah dan memperkuat dialog publik. Abstract

Pendahuluan Informasi lengkap tentang penginapan pasien harus dicatat pada formulir catatan medis. Masalah yang signifikan terkait dengan catatan medis adalah entri data yang tidak lengkap atau salah. Tujuan penelitian The study aims to describe the quantitative analysis of the patient records forms integrated into the electronic medical records of the Hospital in Semarang for 2021 as a quality assurance process of the hospital. Metode Metode ini menggunakan desain studi deskriptif kuantitatif dari November 2021-April 2022 di Unit Rekam Medis Rumah Sakit. Penelitian berfokus pada analisis kuantitatif rekam medis elektronik di rumah sakit tersebut. Hasil penelitian Hasil analisis kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan item identifikasi, catatan penting, otentikasi dalam semua catatan, kurangnya pemberitahuan pengguna pada nama dan koreksi tanggal, dan penggunaan singkatan dan simbol rumah sakit (100%) lengkap dan tepat. Kesimpulan rumah sakit harus mengadakan ulasan laporan yang baik tentang catatan medis dan petugas disiplin untuk mengisi formulir catatan kesehatan elektronik secara teratur.
