Abstract

The establishment of OJK is to organize an overall supervisory and regulatory system, especially in financial sector activities, both in non-bank and banking institutions. OJK has three objectives, namely creating a financial services sector that is contributive to equal distribution of wealth, creating a financial services sector that is stable, foreign-powered, and realizing financial services that are inclusive for society by providing credible protection to the consumers. This study aims to find out what regulations are issued by the Financial Services Authority institutions to protect the consumers who use peer to peer lending services and what sanctions are issued by the Financial Services Authority institutions if the perpetrators of financial services violate the provisions in the Financial Services Authority regulations. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach.In this case the Financial Services Authority issues regulations concerning the Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector. And if a financial service actor violates or does not comply with the regulations made by OJK, he will receive sanctions as stated in the regulation Number: 1/POJK.07/2013, if a financial service actor violates the provisions in OJK regulations, he will be subject to administrative sanctions, namely written regulations, Fines or paying a certain amount of money, Limitation of business activities, Freezing of business activities, as well as revocation of licenses for business activities. Keywords: Role, OJK, Protection, Consumers, Sharia Maqasid.

Abstract

One of the mining industry companies that implement operations management to carry out the function of monitoring and controlling production by measuring operational effectiveness and efficiency in the use of heavy equipment is PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati. Understanding how operational management theories and techniques are applied to evaluate and attain production operations' efficacy and efficiency is the goal of this study. Through field observations and interviews with relevant business leaders in the company, this study employs the Action Research Method. By evaluating the efficacy and efficiency of production operations with the necessary ideal production level, the outcomes of applying theories and methodologies in the field of operations management work demonstrate suitability for mining activities.

Abstract

Work motivation is a driving force in a person to behave and work diligently in accordance with the duties and obligations that have been given to him. Employee work motivation is needed in a company or government agency. If employees in a company or government agency do not have enough work motivation, it will affect the productivity and performance of employees in doing a job. So employee motivation is very important to be investigated further. This research study aims to find out the observations of employee motivation at Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Bandung II, find out the constraints on solutions and alternatives in solving problems based on motivational theories so that work motivation can be given more attention and can improve the quality of work for its employees. . The data collection method used is the quantitative method with direct observation in the field so that the writer can explain the results of the research using numbers in the data collection process to the interpretation of the research. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the writer concludes that the review of employee motivation at Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Bandung II has been carried out quite well. Motivasi kerja merupakan pendorong dalam diri seseorang untuk berperilaku dan bekerja dengan giat sesuai dengan tugas dan kewajiban yang telah diberikan kepadanya. Motivasi kerja pegawai sangat dibutuhkan dalam sebuah perusahaan maupun instansi pemerintahan. Apabila para pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan maupun instansi pemerintah tidak cukup memiliki motivasi kerja, maka akan mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kinerja pegawai dalam melakukan sebuah pekerjaan. Maka motivasi kerja pegawai sangat penting untuk diteliti lebih lanjut. Studi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui amatan motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Bandung II, mengetahui kendala solusi dan alternatif dalam pemecahan masalah berdasarkan teori-teori motivasi sehingga motivasi kerja dapat lebih diperhatikan lagi dan dapat memberikan peningkatan kualitas kerja bagi para pegawainya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan observasi secara langsung pengamatan di lapangan sehingga penulis dapat menjelaskan hasil penelitian menggunakan angka dalam proses pengumpulan data hingga penafsiran dari penelitiannya. Setelah melakukan analisis dan pembahasan masalah, penulis memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tinjauan motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Bandung II sudah terlaksana dengan cukup baik.
