Abstract

 Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiliterasi asuransi syariah pada masyarakat di Kota Medan. Penelitian menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis menggunakan uji T test. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukan bahwa yang berbeda secara signifikan terhadap literasi syariah di kota Medanadalah usia. Sementara itu, jenis kelamin, pendapatan, pekerjaan dan pendidikan tidakperbedaan secara signifikan terhadap literasi asuransi syariah pada masyarakat di KotaMedan

Abstract

The establishment of OJK is to organize an overall supervisory and regulatory system, especially in financial sector activities, both in non-bank and banking institutions. OJK has three objectives, namely creating a financial services sector that is contributive to equal distribution of wealth, creating a financial services sector that is stable, foreign-powered, and realizing financial services that are inclusive for society by providing credible protection to the consumers. This study aims to find out what regulations are issued by the Financial Services Authority institutions to protect the consumers who use peer to peer lending services and what sanctions are issued by the Financial Services Authority institutions if the perpetrators of financial services violate the provisions in the Financial Services Authority regulations. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach.In this case the Financial Services Authority issues regulations concerning the Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector. And if a financial service actor violates or does not comply with the regulations made by OJK, he will receive sanctions as stated in the regulation Number: 1/POJK.07/2013, if a financial service actor violates the provisions in OJK regulations, he will be subject to administrative sanctions, namely written regulations, Fines or paying a certain amount of money, Limitation of business activities, Freezing of business activities, as well as revocation of licenses for business activities. Keywords: Role, OJK, Protection, Consumers, Sharia Maqasid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tabungan smart iB dan tabungan smart iB wadiah terhadap laba bersih pada Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Multatuli periode 2021–2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tabungan smart iB tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,053 (> 0,05). Sebaliknya, tabungan smart iB wadiah terbukti berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap laba bersih, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,045 (< 0,05) dan t hitung 2,059 yang lebih besar dari t tabel 2,014. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penghimpunan dana melalui akad wadiah memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan laba bersih. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih dengan nilai signifikansi 0,049 (< 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,253 mengungkapkan bahwa kedua variabel bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan 25,3% variasi laba bersih, sedangkan 74,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan optimal produk tabungan syariah untuk menunjang kinerja keuangan bank.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Product Innovation, Service Quality, and Knowledge on People's Decision to Save in Hajj Savings Products at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan. In this study, there are independent variables, namely Product Innovation, Service Quality, and Knowledge, as well as a dependent variable, namely the Decision to Save. Primary data in this study were obtained through questionnaires distributed to customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan who had used Hajj Savings Products, with a sample size of 100 respondents. This study used a quantitative method with a Likert scale instrument. The data were processed using the SPSS 26 program using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the partial test, it shows that Product Innovation, Service Quality, and Knowledge partially have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Save. Similarly, simultaneously, Product Innovation, Service Quality, and Knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Save for the Hajj Savings Product at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ZISWAF management strategies implemented by the ZISWAF Center of Politeknik Negeri Medan in improving the economic welfare of the Muslim community, particularly among the academic community classified as mustahik. Additionally, the study identifies challenges and obstacles in managing ZISWAF funds and explores solutions applied to address those challenges. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with seven relevant informants. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. SWOT analysis using IFAS and EFAS matrices was conducted to formulate appropriate strategies. The findings reveal that management functions—planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling—have been effectively applied. The WO (Weaknesses–Opportunities) strategy was identified as the most suitable approach, emphasizing the improvement of internal weaknesses by optimizing external opportunities. This study is expected to serve as a reference for sustainable and adaptive ZISWAF management development.
