Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and prove the effect of providing additional employee income (TPP), work motivation and work environment at BKPP Semarang City with a population of 78 employees. In this study, the sampling method used was census. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire given to the respondents while the data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study state that TPP has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation has a negative and insignificant effect, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and prove the effect of work discipline, work commitment, and work motivation on employee performance at BKPP Semarang City. The population of this research is all government employees (PNS) at BKPP Semarang City which amount is 78 people. Sampling method of this research is census technique. Data analyze of this research is multiple regression analysis. Conclusion of this research is work discipline has a positive effect in performance, work commitment has a positive effect in performance, and work motivation has a positive effect in performance. So, all hypotheses in this research are accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and find out how knowledge management, work environment and skills influence employee performance at Diskominfo Semarang City. The objects of this research are all employees Diskominfo Semarang City. as many as 158 employees. In determining the sample size, researchers used the census method where all members of the population were used as the research sample. The number of samples in this research was 158 employees. Trials of research items were carried out on 15 employees. Validity test uses Pearson Product Moment correlation. Meanwhile, the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observation and documentation. Analysis prerequisite tests include, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) Knowledge management has no significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. (3) Skill have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The aim of this study is to measure the influence and contribution of the freelance job, soft skill development, and interest in entrepreneurship on Generation Z career preparation in Semarang City. Using a quantitative approach, this study utilized a five-point Likert scale to measure the questionnaire on primary data. A total of 112 respondents’ survey data was tested using the purposive sampling method and analyzed with the classical assumption test and multiple regression in SPSS Statistics 25. The result shows that the freelance job is found to have influenced career preparation significantly and positively. It was also found that soft skill development influenced career preparation significantly and positively. Additionally, interest in entrepreneurship has a significant and positive influence on career preparation.
