Abstract

The reason of this study was to decide the impact of work environment and intrinsic motivation on academic achievement. The research method used is a survey, where the data collection technique is a questionnaire. Respondents were taken from Faculty of Economics students in the 2022/2023 academic year at Nahdlatul Ulama University Sidoarjo. The research sample was selected aimed at students who were working. Information collection was carried out through a survey by utilizing google forms. The investigation in this utilized used Partial Least Square (PLS) with 4.0 software. The results appear that the free factors of work environment and inborn inspiration have a critical impact on the subordinate variable scholarly accomplishment in understudies  of the Faculty of Economics in the 2022/2023 academic year of Nahdlatul Ulama University of Sidoarjo. It shows that a good and conducive work environment, adequate facilities, and also positive interactions can make students' academic achievement better and get satisfactory grades. In addition, students who have motivation towards learning materials and high self-confidence in facing challenges tend to achieve higher and satisfactory academic achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan pengaruh sumber daya kerja terhadap keterikatan kerja melalui burnout sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel karyawan produksi PT. Kelompok Cemerlang Plastindo beranggotakan 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis parsial. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS versi 4.0. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa burnout tidak mempengaruhi work engagement. Sumber daya pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan. Sumber daya ketenagakerjaan mempengaruhi keterlibatan kerja. Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk meningkatkan sumber daya ketenagakerjaan mungkin merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja karyawan tanpa secara langsung mengatasi kelelahan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan work engagement karyawan. Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the application of transformational leadership in Village Service Offices. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with Village Heads and their staff, field observations, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the characteristics of transformational leadership, such as Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Individualized Consideration and Inspirational Motivation have created an inspiring and inclusive work environment. The Damarsi Village Head actively motivates village officials and the community to contribute optimally in realizing the village development vision. Positive impacts are also seen in the active participation of team members in decision making, increased creativity and innovation, and development of individual skills. However, several challenges and areas for improvement were also identified.
