Abstract

The study is done at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. While samples from this research is stdudent use cellular phones blackberry in Sidoarjo Muhammadiyah University in March 2012, 120 students . To use the method of analysis of data analysts factors. The result showed that the factors be considered at the purchase of products handpone blackberry is the blackberry facilities and email , facilities and facilities fourshared browsing /google, facilities of facebook, service, on the menu blackberry and the brand image, the facility yahoo messenger, and memory capacity, reliable. Cellular phone prices blackberry. First factor viii has important up to produce outputs in the consumers in buying the cell phone blackberry shown by the value of cumulative total varians mncapai 72,308 %, by a factor of I as much as 14,112 %, factors II of 11,376 %, third factor of 10,821 %, fourth factor of 9,776 %, factor IV of 9,776%, factor V of 7,399%, factor VI of 6,936%, factor VII of 6,209%, factor VIII of 5,678%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perlakuan piutang usaha untuk foreign exchange (valuta asing) dalam upaya foreign exchange exposure dan dampaknya terhadap laporan keuangan (Laporan Neraca dan Laporan Laba/Rugi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari proses wawancara langsung dengan staf pegawai.Kesimpulan atau hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa perusahaan memperlakukan piutang usahanya untuk foreign exchange exposure dengan menggunakan teknik Hedging melalui forward contract dengan Bank Mandiri. Dari hasil forward contract yang dilakukan, perusahaan dapat memperkecil resiko kerugian akibat valuta asing.

Abstract

Produsen telepon genggam RIM menghadirkan Handphone BlackBerry yang telah mampu menguasai pangsa pasar di Indonesia. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan membeli Handphone BlackBerry dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dominan, dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan membeli Handphone BlackBerry. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor melalui SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis faktor didapatkan 8 faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam membeli BlackBerry, meliputi Keanekaragaman Produk Blackberry dan Email; Browsing/Google dan fourshared;  Facebook;  Service; Tampilan menu BlackBerry dan Brand image; Fasilitas Yahoo Messenger dan Kapasitas Memori; Handal; Harga BlackBerry.

Abstract

Since Covid-19 pandemic occurred, the government and authorities in Indonesia have restricted almost all community activities in Indonesia, including various activities in houses of worship having an impact on the socio-economic vulnerability of Muslims. This study was to describe the phenomenon of the condition of Muslims affected by the pandemic, by providing a Muslim perspective as well as explaining how Islam responds to the epidemic phenomenon, restriction policies, and socio-economics. This study applied a literature study with a qualitative approach to obtain descriptive and qualitative analytical data. The data were collected through reviewing literature and data about the current situation of Covid -19 pandemic and the ongoing dynamics of Muslim people. This study was a literature study collaborating between Islamic perspectives with contemporary phenomena and theories so that they contributed to strengthening the argument that Islam and its experiences were still very relevant to today's conditions. The result showed that: first, Islam provided jabariyah and qadariyah perspectives for Muslims in responding to the pandemic phenomenon; second, Islam provided relevant perspectives in policy formulation during the pandemic, and; third, Islam emphasized that Maqasid Asy-Sharia was a strategy and concept in overcoming the economic vulnerability of the community during and after the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the readiness and feasibility of supporting components in the midst of the designation of the Balun Village as the Pancasila Village and the Religious Tourism District of Lamongan Regency. Cultural attractions offered are the Mbah Alun Graveyard Site and the value of pluralism of religious community life in Balun Village. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive analytic and participatory rural appraisal (PRA) approach. Data collection techniques in the form of narratives sourced from several informants, secondary statistical data, and field documentation. The results of the study indicate that the readiness represented in component 3A, namely: Attractions, in the form of cultural attractions either physical or tangible (pilgrimage sites) and non-physical or intangible (values of pluralism of society / diversity and religious festivals) have been owned and run for decades; Accessibility in the form of distance to Balun Village from strategic points relatively close (2-5 km) and road infrastructure conditions, as well as; Amenities and additional supporting elements in the form of services and other supporting services available such as accommodation for tourists, restaurants and culinary centers, souvenir centers, transportation points and access close to the main road. Another development that needs to be done is improvement in terms of accessibility considering the opportunity of arrival at the Balun Village Pilgrimage Site jumped dramatically on certain religious holidays.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to prove and analyze the influence of quality culture, level of quaity of work life and knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. Avian Avia. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach, with the sample analyzed, namely 179 employees of the production division. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that quality culture, quaity of work life and knowledge management both partially and simultaneously have a significant contribution to organizational citizenship behavior. Other results show that the influence of quality culture, quaity of work life and knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior is 74.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Fingerprint Attendance Implementation, Sanctions and Motivation on Employee Work Discipline at INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 40 employees using the saturated sample technique. The research data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The research method used in this research is quantitative method, using analysis tools SPSS version 20 then perform statistical calculations in the form of validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing in this study used data analysis tools in the form of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (T test), and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of fingerprint attendance, sanctions and motivation together have an effect on the work discipline of employees of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Whereas partially the implementation of fingerprint attendance and sanctions has no effect on the work discipline of employees of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo, while motivation has a positive effect on work discipline of employees of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki banyak embrio destinasi wisata religi yang dapat dikembangkan melalui strategi branding, sehingga menguatkan perekonomian lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi branding yang dapat diterapkan pada embrio destinasi wisata religi Makam Mbah Sayyid Wali Punden dan Makam Dewi Sekardadu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemerintah desa, pokdarwis, masyarakat, pengunjung dan pengamat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa embrio destinasi wisata religi Makam Mbah Sayyid Wali Punden dan Makam Dewi Sekardadu memiliki brand positioning yang berkaitan dengan unsur atribut, yakni keunikan lokasi Makam yang berada di sekitar vegetasi mangrove dan tambak ikan. Sementara dari sisi brand identity, keduanya memiliki unsur ‘Kisah Merek’ yang dapat digunakan sebagai image positif kedua destinasi religi tersebut. Dengan begitu dapat diupayakan branding dengan mengadopsi model Jason Miletsky yang menyebutkan bahwa kesuksesan sebuah brand sangat dipengaruhi oleh ciri khas (keunikan), image, personality maupun potensi sekitar. Kata Kunci: Branding; Makam; Sidoarjo; Strategi; Wisata Religi Abstract: Sidoarjo Regency has many embryos of religious tourism destinations that can be developed through a branding strategy, thereby strengthening the local economy. This study aims to identify and analyze branding strategies that can be applied to the embryos of religious tourism destinations of the Tomb of Mbah Sayyid Wali Punden and the Tomb of Dewi Sekardadu. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach which was analyzed descriptively. The informants in this study were the village government, the Pokdarwis tourism awareness group, the community, visitors and observers. The results showed that the embryos of religious tourism destinations Mbah Sayyid Wali Punden and Dewi Sekardadu's Tomb have brand positioning related to attribute elements, namely the uniqueness of the location of the tomb which is around mangrove vegetation and fish ponds. Meanwhile, in terms of brand identity, both have an element of 'Brand Story' which can be used as a positive image for the two religious destinations. That way, branding can be pursued by adopting the Jason Miletsky model which states that the success of a brand is strongly influenced by the characteristics (uniqueness), image, personality and potential around. Abstract

This research was conducted at an outsourcing company in Surabaya with the aim of knowing the effect of reward, punishment and supervision both simultaneously and partially on employee performance, and also to find out which variable among reward, punishment and supervision variables has a dominant effect on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of outsourcing companies in Surabaya as many as 72 people. The sampling technique used was total sample, meaning that the entire population in this study was taken as sample. While the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale with five answer choices. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that reward, punishment and supervision simultaneously affect employee performance simultaneously and partially. Punishment has a dominant effect on employee performance.
