Abstract

Talking about the world of education, of course, cannot be separated from technology. The digital era with all the conveniences that exist without knowing space, boundaries and time. Within the scope of classroom education, the teaching and learning process for both educators and students has a high level of effectiveness in conveying meaning. Education itself is also often interpreted as human maturation, because in essence this education is an effort to optimally develop the potential that exists in the human person in order to humanize humans as servants of Allah SWT. During this pandemic transition period, technology is very much needed because the teaching and learning process is carried out online, therefore applications that support learning, both applications on laptops and on gadgets. In the era of revolution 4.0, technological progress is growing. However, with the development of this technology it is either useful or not today in practical life. Progress should not be deceiving. As stated in Q.S. Ali-Imran verse 196 explains that "Do not be deceived by the freedom of the disbelievers in (his) lands." What is meant here is that freedom is progress in business, because that is how it is explained in the Qur'an and its translation. that he wants to add progress in the field of science and technology.

Abstract

Moral material becomes an essential thing in education. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the education sector changed policy. Every teacher must determine learning strategies following existing conditions, especially moral teachers who must use the right approach to transfer knowledge and instill morals in students optimally. This research was conducted to describe the learning strategies applied by the moral teachers of Madrasah Mu'allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and the accompanying constraints. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study used respondents consisting of seven people as informants, namely two moral teachers, the deputy director of the curriculum section, and four students of Madrasah Mu'allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Then, interviews and documentations were data collection techniques used by researchers—analysis of data processing using data reduction procedures, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research results obtained, the learning strategy used by the moral teachers at Mu'allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic was expository and active learning. As for the obstacles faced, namely the limitations of space, time (class hours), resources (network and IT devices), and the need for more motivation of the students. Even though there were several obstacles, they could be handled/appropriately resolved. This research has limitations, including the difficulty of arranging interview schedules because it is hindered by semester holidays and the school is busy accepting new students. The recommendation from this study is that teachers must be more able to manage classes optimally, especially by using suitable approaches and strategies. With this research, it is hoped that it can become a reference and reference for further similar research.

Abstract

Progress technology gives convenience in many ways, one of which is communication and information. The form of progress technology, can be seen in the presence of social media. Social media presents various modern and instant features, making it easier for users to access multiple pieces of information related to religious knowledge. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the intensity of using social media has on the spiritual understanding of students in Yogyakarta. The research method used is the quantitative method with type study correlational respondent in a study this totaling 150 students. As for the step withdrawal sample, the researcher takes 25% of the whole population with simple random sampling. The variable independent in a study is the intensity of use of social media (X), whereas the variable dependent is the enhancement of religious knowledge (Y). The researcher use the data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire, then to find out the study results using the help of the statistical software application SPSS version 23. The research results show that, the level of intensity used by social media students enters in the category currently with a percentage of 68%, and increased knowledge religion classified in the class currently with a rate of 73% based on results analysis descriptive frequency. Whereas based on results analysis regression, there is a significant effect (r) Among intensity use of social media to enhance knowledge of religious FAI students class of 2018 amounted to 65.9 with a significance as considerable as 0.000 < 0.05. While R square is 43.5, contribution variable x is by 43.5 percent. The results above analysis could conclude that the more tall use of social media for religious content, the more and more knowledgeable religious students. The results of this research can be a simple reference for further research development. Religious knowledge can be obtained from social media, especially religious content that is made simple and more meaningful.
