Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Person Organization Fit on the performance of Village Officials through Organizational Commitment as an intervention variable in villages in the Tahunan District Area. Data was collected using a survey method, use SEM Amos version 24 software. The results of this research show several findings, first, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Second, Person Organization Fit has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Third, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Village Officials. Fourth, Person Organization Fit has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials. Fifth, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment is not able to mediate the influence of Servant Leadership on Performance and Organizational Commitment is unable to mediate the influence of Person Organization Fit on Performance.Keywords: servant leadership; person organization fit; village apparatus performance; organizational commitment.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Person Organization Fit terhadap kinerja Perangkat Desa melalui Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variable intervening pada desa di Wilayah Kecamatan Tahunan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode survey. Untuk pengujian menggunakan software SEM Amos versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menunjukkan beberapa temuan, pertama Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Kedua, Person Organization Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Ketiga, Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa. Keempat, Person Organization Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perangkat desa. Kelima, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Dan selanjutnya, Komitmen Organisasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Kinerja serta Komitmen Organisasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Person Organization Fit terhadap Kinerja.Kata Kunci: servant leadership; person organization fit; kinerja perangkat desa; komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work stress on job satisfaction with work spirit as an intervening variable at PT. Duwa Atmimuda Kudus. The population in this study were all employess of PT. Duwa Atmimuda Kudus has 304 employees. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique consisting of 173 respondens. The data analysis used is SEM operated though the AMOS 24 program. The results of this study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work morale, work stress has a positive and significant effect on work morale, leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work spirit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.Keywords: leadership style, work stress, job satisfaction, work spirit
