Abstract

Long beans (Vigna sinensis L.) are a type of vegetable crop that has been cultivated for a long time and is one of the plants that are widely consumed by the people of Indonesia One of the barriers to the productivity of long beans is pest attacks. One of the efforts made by farmers to control pests is by using insecticides. Conventional pest control began to be abandoned and switched to control based on the concept of PHT to reduce the negative impact of the use of pesticides by using yellow trap trap media. This study aims to determine the diversity of insects, this study identifies insects on long bean farmland that are interested in the color of traps that have been installed in 5 places systematically. The diversity of insects found in this study is 20 families. It consists of Chrysomelidae, Coccinellidae, Scarabidae, Reduvidae, Alydidae, Satyridae, Blattellidae, Tachinidae, Agromyzidae, Drosophildae, Tephritidae, Muscidae, Acrididae, Ichneumonidae, Formicidae, Braconidae, Cicadellidae, Aphididae, Pyralidae, and Pentatomidae. The value of the insect diversity index (H') in semi organic is 2.50 and anorganic is 2.58. The dominance on semi organic is 0.101 and anorganic is 0.103 which means low. This shows that the land has a variety of insect species and no insect species dominate.

Abstract

Irrigation infrastructure management from a historical perspective is closely related to national food security. In the management of facilities and infrastructure, irrigation must be able to meet the needs of farmers. Every plant needs enough air to increase agricultural productivity. Fulfilling air needs requires adequate irrigation and drainage channels in each area. One of them is Gongseng Village, which is a village located in Megaluh District, Jombang Regency. Optimizing the performance of irrigation and drainage channels in Gongseng Village requires concrete and precise steps. This irrigation and drainage literature review discusses the optimization of irrigation channel performance. All irrigation channel buildings have the same condition, where the walls of the building are overgrown with wild plants, some of the walls of the channel buildings are damaged due to the lack of structural strength of the building. The effectiveness of irrigation channels in Gongseng Village is still not optimal, because the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is still lacking, and public knowledge is still lacking. Abstract

Kepuhdoko Village is a village located in Tembelang District, Jombang Regency. Data on the stunting rate in this village in 2021 is 4 children. In reducing the stunting rate, it is necessary to understand the community, especially the women of Kepuhdoko village. Prevention of stunting rates does not increase, one of which is with training activities that lead to fulfilling nutrition and increasing endurance. Training on self-care cultivation of family medicinal plants (Asmantoga) in community service was carried out. Community service activities are carried out using participatory methods for the target group, in this case, women residents of Kepuhdoko Village. Here the service executor acts as a facilitator and guide for the target group to jointly carry out the activities that have been planned. The method used is through training, demonstrating the manufacture of medicinal plant cultivation. The conclusion of community service activities, with cultivation training can increase knowledge and use of Toga for stunting prevention. Toga plants are used to increase appetite. The availability of toga plants in residents' homes can prevent stunting as early as possible and increase nutritional intake in the first 1000 days of a child's life.
