Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi pada praktik pengalaman lapangan bimbingan konseling di sekolah dilihat dari perspektif praktikan. Sebanyak 20 mahasiswa S1 dari empat Universitas di Pulau Jawa yang telah menyelesaikan praktik lapangan diwawancara secara mendalam terkait pada tantangan yang dihadapi praktikan, peran supervisor, serta ekspektasi praktikan terhadap supervisor/ideal supervisi pada praktik pengalaman lapangan bimbingan dan konseling. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling yang dilaksanakan oleh guru pamong terhadap mahasiswa praktikan belum berlangsung sesuai dengan standar supervisi yang telah ditetapkan. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut dari pelaksanaan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling. This research aims to find out how supervision is implemented in the Guidance and Counseling practicum program from the perspective of the school counselors in training. A total of 20 undergraduate students from four Universities in Java Island who had completed the practicum program were interviewed in depth regarding the challenges faced by the school counselors in training, the role of supervisors, as well as school counselors in training expectations of supervisors/ideal supervision in guidance and counseling. The approach to this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research found that the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision by the school counselors during the practicum program for school counselors in training had not taken place in accordance with the supervision standards that had been set. Recommendations are provided for further improvement of the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of increased discipline through group guidance with self-management techniques for XI Visual Communication Design students at Christian Business & Management Vocational School, Salatiga. This type of research is a quasi-experiment. The sample in this research were 13 XI Visual Communication Design students who had a low level of discipline. This research data collection technique uses a disciplinary scale. The data analysis technique used is Mann-Whitney. The research results show that there are significant differences in student discipline as evidenced by the results of the Asymp analysis. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.003 < 0.05. The average mean rank in the experimental group was 82% and the control group was 0.06%, those ho was rejected and H1 was accepted because there was an increase in the level of student discipline after being given group guidance services with self-management techniques to students.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the significance of the relationship between empathy and social support of peers with pro-social behavior in Class XI at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. The type of research used is a correlational study to find the close relationship between the Empathy variable (X1) and pro-social behavior and the close relationship of the Peer Social Support variable (X2) with pro-social behavior (Y). Then investigate the relationship between the variables Empathy (X1) and Social Peer Support (X2) with pro-social behavior. The population of the study included the entire class XI of SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga, a total of 462 students. Sample determination in this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique to determine the number of samples in each class. To determine the sample, the researcher used an error rate of 5%, so the sample the researcher took was 198 students per department of Class XI. The researcher's data collection technique used a scale with 28 items declaring empathy, 33 items declaring peer social support, and 35 items declaring social behavior, with 5 response alternatives. . The data obtained were then analyzed using Kendall's tau_b technique using the statistical program IBM Statistic SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between empathy and pro-social behavior, as evidenced by obtaining a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an r value = 0.531. In addition, the results of research on social support from peers with pro-social behavior showed a significant relationship of 0.000 < 0.05 and r value = 0.505. Meanwhile, the research results on empathy and social support of peers with pro-social behavior showed a significant relationship with the result r = 0.661.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the guidance and counseling program at SMPN 4 Salatiga. Guidance and counseling services are one of the school's efforts to support students in dealing with problems and developing their maximum potential. The evaluation model used is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model to obtain a comprehensive and in-depth picture of the guidance and counseling program at SMPN 4 Salatiga. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were obtained from the deputy principal for curriculum, guidance and counseling coordinator, guidance and counseling teachers, and students of SMPN 4 Salatiga by using interview techniques and documentation studies. The results showed that some things have been implemented by the plan but some things have not been implemented. The Context aspect in making the vision and mission is by the vision and mission of the school and the program is made according to the needs of students. Input aspect, there is a standard match of counseling teachers by their educational background, although there is still one teacher who has not implemented PPG-BK. Process aspect, the counseling service has been running well, although only one class hour a week. Product aspect, the counseling program has tried to produce changes in students even though it is by each person.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of performance evaluation (feedback) on the self-efficacy of counsellors in training in Indonesia using a mixed-method sequential explanatory approach. Quantitative analysis (SEM-PLS) revealed that feedback significantly influences self-efficacy (β = 0.323, p = 0.042), though with a modest effect size (R² = 10.4%). Qualitative findings identified three key themes: (1) constructive feedback (specific, solution-focused, and dialogic) as most effective, (2) self-reflection as a mediator, and (3) the critical role of a supportive environment. The study highlights the need for structured feedback rubrics, integrated reflection sessions, and collaborative evaluation practices to enhance self-efficacy. These findings contribute to the development of evidence-based training models for counselor preparation programs in Indonesia, addressing gaps in conventional evaluation systems.

Abstract

This study aims to develop guidance and counseling media, especially media as a form of interaction in improving student understanding and the skills of BK teachers in delivering material to students. The background of this study is that many students are still confused in determining career choices. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The final product is a podcast "Career Preparation" which consists of several episodes and has gone through expert validation tests and limited trials. The validation results show that this media is in the "very feasible" category with a feasibility percentage above 81%. The results of the limited trial also showed positive responses to the content, delivery, audio-visual quality, and benefits of the material. In conclusion, this podcast media is worthy as an alternative career guidance service that is easily accessible and in accordance with the needs of today's students. Keywords: career guidance, podcast media, career planning, ADDIE, career readiness Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media bimbingan dan konseling khususnya media sebagai bentuk interaksi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa serta keterampilan guru BK dalam menyampaikan materi kepada peserta didik. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya peserta didik yang masih mengalami kebingungan dalam menentukan pilihan karir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Produk akhir berupa podcast “Career Preparation” yang terdiri dari beberapa episode dan telah melalui uji validasi ahli serta di uji coba terbatas. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media ini berada dalam kategori “sangat layak” dengan persentase kelayakan di atas 81%. Hasil uji coba terbatas juga menunjukkan tanggapan positif terhadap isi, penyampaian, kualitas audio-visual, serta manfaat materi. Kesimpulannya, media podcast ini layak sebagai alternatif layanan bimbingan karir yang mudah diakses, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik masa kini.
