Abstract

KEYWORDS: ABSTRACT TIX ID, User Evaluation, Usability Testing TIX ID, a popular app in Indonesia, enables affordable movie ticket purchases. It collaborates with DANA for faster payments. This research evaluates TIX ID's features, user experience, and satisfaction. The study employed online surveys, observations, interviews, and Usability Testing. Findings indicate TIX ID facilitates online ticket purchases, but navigation and app stability needs improvement. This research significantly contributes to understanding TIX ID's usability, guiding further enhancements to increase user satisfaction and effectiveness. Overall, the research shows TIX ID considers usability factors. Respondents reported average scores of 4.30 for Learnability, 4.28 for Efficiency, 4.15 for Memorability, 3.36 for Errors, and 4.21 for Satisfaction. However, attention is needed, especially regarding Errors. Occasional issues occur during booking and payment processes in the TIX ID app. This should prompt the development team to seek appropriate solutions, ensuring a comfortable user experience free from previous problems. KATA KUNCI: ABSTRAK TIX ID, Evaluasi Pengguna, Usability Testing TIX ID adalah aplikasi populer di Indonesia yang memudahkan pembelian tiket bioskop dengan harga terjangkau. Aplikasi ini bekerja sama dengan DANA untuk pembayaran yang lebih cepat. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi fitur, pengalaman, dan kepuasan pengguna TIX ID. Metode penelitian meliputi survei online, observasi, wawancara, dan Usability Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan TIX ID memudahkan pembelian tiket online, tetapi perlu perbaikan navigasi dan stabilitas aplikasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami usability TIX ID untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan selanjutnya. Skor rata-rata pengujian menunjukkan TIX ID memiliki Learnability 4,30, Efisiensi 4,28, Memorabilitas 4,15, Errors 3,36, dan Statisfaction 4,21. Namun, terdapat masalah pada Errors saat pemesanan dan pembayaran yang perlu dicari solusinya.)

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business environment, the digitalization of information systems has become crucial for manufacturing companies to enhance operational performance and competitiveness. This research examines the implementation of the Ward and Peppard approach in the digitalization of information systems at PT Ananta Auto Andalan. The background of this research is the need for PT Ananta Auto Andalan to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of information systems in supporting business operations. The research methodology involves in-depth analysis of the existing organizational structure, job descriptions of each work unit, and internal and external environmental analysis of the company. By utilizing the Ward and Peppard approach, this research yields detailed strategic recommendations, including upgrading internet bandwidth from 10 Mbps to 20 Mbps to meet the company's computer network needs. Mapping information requirements for each division also becomes a primary focus in the development of information system digitalization strategies. The research findings indicate that adopting the Ward and Peppard approach provides a comprehensive framework for PT Ananta Auto Andalan to address dynamic changes in the business environment. The strategic recommendations generated include proposals for an IT/IS organizational structure tailored to the company's needs and business demands. The conclusion of this research asserts that the implementation of the Ward and Peppard approach can assist companies in effectively leveraging information systems to achieve their business goals. It provides clear insights and directed solutions to challenges in the digital era

Abstract

Currently, various frameworks are used to implement Information Technology Governance (ITG). Due to the dynamic nature of ITG that is constantly evolving, there is an increasing demand for more efficient preparation, planning, and process development. In this context, having a supportive framework is a key priority. Therefore, the author intends to investigate how the integration of the ITIL framework into the Continual Service Improvement approach can enhance ITG. These efforts will be empowered by the implementation of a more adaptive and simplified operational approach in the form of Agile Project Management with the Scrum methodology. The goal is to accelerate the progress of ITG and make it more responsive and efficient in maximizing service quality across various organizations.
