Abstract

Hama uret (Lepidiota stigma F.) merupakan ancaman serius bagi tanaman tebu. Penggunaan pestisida kimia dalam pengendalian hama uret menimbulkan masalah jangka Panjang, diantaranya pencemaran lingkungan dan resistensi hama. Alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan penggunaan agen hayati seperti Metarhizium sp. dan biopestisida. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: untuk melihat efektivitas jamur Metarhizium sp. dan biopestisida alami dari tandan kosong kelapa sawit dalam mengendalikan hama uret di lahan tebu Desa Grati, Lumajang dengan melihat mortalitas dan populalsi hama uret. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Non-Faktorial. Terdapat tiga perlakuan yaitu aplikasi jamur Metarhizium sp, aplikasi biopestisida dan kontrol dengan masing-masing perlakuan menggunakan 10 kali ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dengan uji lanjut BNT taraf 5% jika terdapat pengaruh nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jamur Metarhizium sp. lebih efektif dalam membunuh hama uret tebu (92,67%) dibandingkan biopestisida (78%).

Abstract

Cattle farming is the most popular business for many people as a source of income because it producer meat and milk that has high economic value. Based on the maintenance aspect, cattle products produced in Indonesia have not been maximized due to many health problems of farm animals. One of the pathogens that are often found on farms is parasites. This can pose a real danger to some livestock. This study aims to determine the prevalence and intensity of intestinal parasitic worm eggs in cattle feces found in Tanah Merah Village Slaughterhouse, North Samarinda District. The total number of samples in the study was 30 cattle fecal samples. Worm eggs are observed through fecal examination using two methods, namely sedimentation method and flotation method. The results of this study showed that 13 types of intestinal parasitic worm eggs were found in cattle feces found from Tanah Merah Village Slaughterhouse, Samarinda, namely Ascaris lumbricoides, Bunostomum phlebotomum, Clonorchis sinensis, Dicrocelium dendriticum, Fasciola hepatica, Hymenelopsis nana, Paragonimus wastermani, Schistosoma bovis, Schistosoma mansoni, Schistosoma haemabotium, Strongyloides stecoralis, Taenia saginata and Trichuris trichura. Taenia saginata worm eggs have the highest intensity value of 1.028 eggs/individual. Ascaris lumbricoides worm eggs have the highest prevalence value of 26,67% of the total individuals.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the role and career of Soekertijo during his time in the military. Soekertijo first entered the world of military education during the Japanese occupation of Indonesia, he graduated from Pembela Tanah Air (PETA). After Indonesia's independence, he formed Section II. Soekertijo Company began to show its work in the national arena such as defending Indonesia's sovereignty from Dutch Military Aggression I and Dutch Military Aggression II, in addition, Soekertijo also cracked down on separatist groups such as DI/TII to PRRI. The approach used by the author is the Biography approach, while the theory used in this study is the Charisma Theory from Max Weber's writings. The writing of this thesis is more emphasized on Soekertijo's role when defending Indonesia's independence, is a history in the form of a biography, because it will narrate the events of Soekertijo's past as part of the process of forming his leadership spirit, adolescence and his journey before becoming a company commander to becoming a Major General. The temporality of this article began in 1946, which was the momentum for the success of Section II of Kompi Soekertijo in defeating the Dutch Military at Klakah Station, while the deadline for this article was 1988, marking the inauguration of the Juang Kompi Soekertijo Monument in Yosowilangun as a form of appreciation for his dedication to country.
