Abstract

Mastering information technology has become an important part of education. Teachers need to develop and master various technology applications that support learning, one of which is the Canva application. This study was conducted on 27 teachers at SD Gambar Besar Tarakanita which aimed to determine the influence of mastery of the Canva application on teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are simple correlation test and linear regression test. The results of the correlation analysis were obtained with a ratio of 0.42 compared to the table with a significance of 0.05 obtained H0 rejected. Analysis using linear regression obtained a calculated value of 5.46979835 with N=27 at a significance degree of 5%, then H0 was rejected. The results of the study show that there is a relationship and positive influence between mastery of the Canva application and teacher performance, which means that mastery of the Canva application will improve teachers' performance in teaching. So, it can be concluded that increasing teachers' ability to use technology, especially the Canva application, can improve their performance when teaching in the classroom.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta kreativitas merupakan keterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh peserta didik pada era digital. Keterampilan tersebut masih kurang dikuasai oleh peserta didik kelas 7E SMP Tarakanita Gading Serpong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan peningkatan kemampuan literasi, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta kreativitas pada mata pelajaran IPA materi Klasifikasi Mahkluk Hidup dengan penerapan model PBL berdiferensiasi dengan metode station rotation. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, serta refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas 7E yang berjumlah 34. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah rubrik penilaian literasi, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta kreativitas. Hasil dari penelitian adalah terjadi peningkatan kemampuan literasi dengan peningkatan nilai rata – rata literasi pada siklus pertama 64,22, meningkat menjadi 79,90 pada siklus kedua, dan 90,20 pada siklus ketiga. Peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada siklus pertama 65,93, meningkat menjadi 82,11 pada siklus kedua, dan 94,12 pada siklus ketiga. Peningkatan kreativitas pada siklus pertama 65,93, meningkat menjadi 82,35 pada siklus kedua, dan 93,87 pada siklus ketiga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PBL berdiferensiasi dengan metode station rotation dapat meningkatkan literasi, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta kreativitas peserta didik kelas 7E pada mata pelajaran IPA.
