Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has an important role in shaping the character of students, as a moral and ethical foundation in the education system. PAI not only teaches religious knowledge, but also focuses on developing students' attitudes and behavior in accordance with Islamic teachings. Thus, character education through PAI aims to create an intellectually intelligent generation, with high moral integrity, ready to contribute positively in a complex and dynamic society. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of children's character education in PAI learning by examining the teaching approaches used by educators, the methods applied, and the results achieved. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through literature studies and in-depth interviews with PAI educators from various schools in Indonesia. Research findings show that the integration of character values ​​in PAI significantly improves students' morals and ethics. Students not only understand religious concepts cognitively but are also able to apply these values ​​in everyday life.

Abstract

Child abuse cases are often a problem that always occurs from year to year, children are often the object of violence ranging from physical to psychological violence.  In an effort to protect children, the Indonesian government has issued a Child Friendly City policy. Palu City has implemented a child-friendly city policy and has pursued various programmes that support the fulfilment of children's rights. Collaborative governance in realising a child-friendly city in Palu City is the subject of this research. This research hypothesis is based on Ratner's Collaborative Governance theory (2012) which includes the following indicators: 1) Identifying opportunities and challenges, 2) Discussing ways to influence others, and 3) Working together. Descriptive qualitative research including observation, interviews, and documentation was the methodology used. The research findings show that by involving children and other members of the KLA Task Force, Collaborative Governance has succeeded in making Palu City a child-friendly city. In order to build a child-friendly environment supported by all components involved, the government has also made a number of initiatives. The following factors hinder collaborative efforts to create a child-friendly city in Palu City: the lack of public awareness of child-friendly city programmes or policies is another obstacle that needs to be addressed immediately; and the turnover of actors causes progress or synergy to become stagnant, thus requiring repeated strengthening in order to form better synergies.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan keadaan terhambatnya pertumbuhan pada anak balita yang ditandai dengan tinggi badan lebih rendah dibandingkan anak seusianya, stunting masih menjadi masalah yang mengkhawatirkan karna stunting dapat memberikan dampak buruk jangka pendek dan jangka panjang pada balita sebagai generasi penerus. Salah satu langkah dalam menanggulangi stunting pada balita yaitu melalui edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait pencegahan stunting dengan pemberian makanan tambahan dengan memanfaatkan bahan pangan lokal mengandung gizi yang baik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan melaksanakan edukasi pemberian makanan tambahan berbahan pangan lokal labu kuning pada balita sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2025 di Desa Ogomoli, Kecamatan Galang, Kabupaten Tolitoli. Dengan metode ceramah tanya jawab, dan video demonstrasi, diikuti 21 orang ibu balita, ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui, termasuk 6 ibu yang memiliki anak balita dengan kondisi stunting. Rangkaian kegiatan dimulai dengan pengisian kuesioner pre-test kemudian dilanjutkan penyuluhan stunting dan pemberian makanan tambahan bergizi dengan memanfaatkan pangan lokal labu kuning serta pemutaran video demo cara memasak puding olahan labu kuning dan terakhir pengisian kuesioner post-test. Adapun indikator keberhasilan yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan peserta setelah diberikan edukasi lebih besar (89) dibandingkan rata-rata pengetahuan peserta sebelum diberikan edukasi (64). data ini menunjukkan edukasi dengan metode ceramah tanya jawab dan video demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dalam pemberian asupan nutrisi dengan memanfaatkan pangan lokal. Diharapkan kepada kepala Puskesmas, Kepala Desa, Kader Posyandu dan tenaga pelaksana Gizi dalam rangka monitoring dan evaluasi terkait pemberian makanan tambahan bergizi pada balita sehingga terhindar dari stunting

Abstract

Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik kronis yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar glukosa darah, ulkus diabetik adalah luka yang berkembang pada penderita DM akibat mikroangiopati dan makroangiopati. Pencegahan ulkus diabetik melibatkan perilaku perawatan diri yang konsisten. Stigma sosial terhadap penderita diabetes, terutama yang sudah mengalami komplikasi seperti luka kaki, dapat menimbulkan rasa malu, rendah diri, menarik diri dari lingkungan sosial, hingga ketidakpatuhan dalam perawatan diri Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara stigma sosial dengan perilaku praktik pencegahan ulkus diabetik pada pasien Diabetes Melitus di RSUD Mokopido Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien RSUD Mokopido yang menderita Diabetes Melitus yang terdata di rumah sakit 3 bulan terakhir mulai dari Januari hingga Maret 2025 yang berjumlah 92 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 75 responden, dengan Teknik Purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Chi Square didapatkan p value: 0,001 (p value < 0,05), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya ada hubungan antara stigma sosial dengan perilaku praktik pencegahan ulkus diabetik pada pasien diabetes melitus di RSUD Mokopido Tolitoli. Ada hubungan antara stigma sosial dengan perilaku praktik pencegahan ulkus diabetik pada pasien Diabetes Melitus di RSUD Mokopido Tolitoli.
