Abstract

The success and failure of a company is often determined by the important role of its human resources. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including work motivation, work communication and work discipline. Likewise at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar, work motivation, work communication and work discipline are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding the problems of work motivation, work communication and work discipline in an effort to improve and improve employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of work motivation, work communication and work discipline on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar. The population in this study was 32 people. The number of samples in this study was 32 people. The sampling technique used is the census method or saturated sample. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results of the study showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar. Work communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar.

Abstract

The population in this study were 42 employees of the Mitra Sejahtera Cooperative, Siangan Gianyar Village. Regarding the sample, the sample in this study was 42 people who were determined using the census method or saturated sample. This research uses a number of data collection methods, both in the form of primary data and secondary data consisting of interview methods, questionnaires and documentation studies. To analyze the data, this research used five methods, including research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis, and t test. The results of the research show that Organizational Culture, Job Training and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mitra Sejahtera Cooperative, Siangan Village, Gianyar. This means that the better these three factors are, the more the performance of the Mitra Sejahtera Cooperative employees in Siangan Gianyar Village will improve.

Abstract

Companies and government agencies want optimal employee performance in the interests of increasing work results and company and agency profits. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction. Likewise, at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office, organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding issues of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction in an effort to improve and improve employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. The population in this study was 158 people. The number of samples in this study was 105 people. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik tentunya menjadi harapan seluruh perusahaan yang mempekerjakan karyawan, karena kinerja karyawan tersebut nantinya diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan secara keseluruhan. keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat bergantung pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan JP Silver Bali dan sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Korelasi Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah JP Silver Bali diharapkan selalu memberikan insentif yang sesuai kepada karyawan yang mampu mencapai target, secara berkala memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas di tempat kerja, menambah jumlah AC atau kipas angin, agar udara di ruangan kerja terasa lebih sejuk dan memberikan teguran atau sanksi kepada karyawan yang tidak menaati aturan waktu.

Abstract

Sektor perbankan menghadapi tantangan besar akibat penurunan aktivitas ekonomi, meningkatnya risiko kredit, dan perubahan perilaku keuangan masyarakat. Dalam kondisi seperti ini, profitabilitas perbankan berfungsi sebagai satu diantara indikator penting guna mengidentifikasi ketahanan dan kinerja perusahaan dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian. Penelitian ini bermaksud guna melaksanakan analisis pengaruh CAR, LDR, serta ukuran perusahaan pada profitabilitas bank yang sudah didaftarkan pada BEI selama periode 2020-2022. Penelitian ini terbagi atas 90 sampel yang dipilih dari 47 perusahaan bank memakai purposive sampling sebagai teknik penentuan. Analisis regresi linier berganda dipakai guna menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan pada profitabilitas bank. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bank dengan skala yang lebih besar cenderung lebih profitabel. Namun, variabel CAR serta LDR tidak memperlihatkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada profitabilitas bank dalam periode penelitian.
