Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of motivation on the effect of work discipline and work experience on the performance of employees of PT BPR Santi Pala. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The research population is employees of PT BPR Santi Pala, namely 38 employees who work at the company. Sampling using the saturated sample method using the SEM-PLS model. SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using SmartPLS, it shows that: Hypothesis 1 (H1) is accepted because the t-statistic value is 3.569> t-table 1.96 and the p-values are 0.000 <0.05. Hypothesis testing on H2 and H3 is also accepted because the p-values are smaller than 0.05. In addition, the mediation hypotheses H4 and H5 are accepted because the p-values are smaller than 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation is able to mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance, motivation is able to mediate the effect of work experience on employee performance.

Abstract

Good employee performance is a step towards achieving organizational goals, so efforts need to be made to improve employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at Zahra Spa Nusa Dua. The sample in this study was 41 people who were employees of Zahra Spa Nusa Dua. The sampling method in this research is the saturated sampling method or census method. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Zahra Spa Nusa Dua. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Zahra Spa Nusa Dua. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Zahra Spa Nusa Dua.

Abstract

Persaingan antara perusahaan di era globalisasi semakin tajam dan menuntut perusahaan mampu bertahan dan berkompetisi dengan perusahaan lain. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan agar mampu bertahan dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat yaitu dengan memaksimalkan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Tirta Amerta Weda. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Tirta Amerta Weda dengan total sampel sebanyak 35 karyawan. Metode penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah anĂ¡lisis regresi linier melalui program SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Tirta Amerta Weda. Semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan yang ada pada CV Tirta Amerta Weda maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Tirta Amerta Weda. Semakin baik kepuasan kerja yang ada di CV Tirta Amerta Weda maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Tirta Amerta Weda. Semakin baik karyawan akan semakin meningkat.
