Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan faktor utama dalam pencapaian tujuan sebuah organiasi. Namun dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan tersebut pemimpin tetap memperhatikan perilaku para bawahan atau anggotanya dimana perilaku tersebut membentuk sebuah budaya dalam organisasi. Perilaku para bawahan tersebut sebagai pertimbangan oleh pemimpin untuk mengambil keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk kepemimpinan Tuan guru/kiyai dalam memelihara budaya organisasi di Pondok Pesantren NU Riyadul Falah Aik Prapa Kecamatan Aikmel, kepemimpinan Tuan guru/kiyai dalam memelihara budaya organisasi di Pondok Pesantren NWDI Permatan Kecamatan Peringgabaya, Peran Tuan Guru/Kiyai dalam Pengelolaan Budaya Organisasi Kedua Pondok Pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melihat secara langsung dilapangan mengenai metode yang diterapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalis data yang diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan model pengumuplan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan credibility, transferability, dependability dan confirmability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Tuan guru/kiyai dalam memelihara budaya organisasi dipondok pesantren riyadul falah Aik prapa Desa Aik Prapa Kecamatan Aikmel tersebut adalah; Pertama Dilihat aspek sejarah berdirinya Pondok Pesantren NU Riyadul Falah. Kedua Nilai-nilai yang mendasi prilaku pondok pesantren NU riyadul falah. Ketiga Bentuk keilmuan Pondok Pesantren NU Riyadul Falah. Keempat Pengelolaan Pondok Pesantren NU Riyadul Falah. Kepemimpinan Tuan guru/kiyai dalam membangun Budaya Organisasi Dipondok Pesantren NWDI Permatan Kecamatan Pringgabaya tersebut adalah; 1) Nilai Islami yaitu Iman dan Taqwa. 2) Nilai perjuangan/ pengabdian (yakin, ikhlas, dan istiqomah), 3) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan kualitas keimanan dan ketaqwaan kepada santriawan/santriwati, dewan guru dan jama’ah dengan cara terus melestarikan dan mengembangkan pada kader-kader santri, dewan guru maupun anggota jama’ah, melaui lembaga pendidikan, pengajaran dan majlis ta’lim.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the contribution of principals' managerial competencies in the development of teacher performance, focusing on five core competencies: personality, managerial, entrepreneurship, supervision, and social, as stipulated by Ministerial Regulation No. 13 of 2007. Using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, the research was conducted at SMKS Yusuf Abdussatar, Kediri District, West Lombok, by collecting primary data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the principal plays a crucial role in planning, organizational development, leadership of teachers and staff, management of facilities and infrastructure, and creating a conducive work culture, all of which significantly contribute to the improvement of teacher performance. This study provides a deep understanding of the importance of managerial competencies in achieving educational goals and offers practical strategies for principals and policymakers to enhance the quality of education through the development of managerial competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of biology in ecosystem conservation and efforts to overcome environmental degradation through an evidence-based scientific approach. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which allows a comprehensive analysis of various relevant previous articles and studies. Literature was collected from leading academic databases, such as Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and JSTOR, with a focus on publications in the last five years that discuss ecosystem conservation, environmental restoration, and the use of biology in environmental conservation. The main keywords used in the search include "biological conservation," "ecosystem restoration," "environmental degradation," and "sustainable ecosystems." The results of the study indicate that biology has a crucial role in ecosystem conservation through a deep understanding of species, ecological interactions, and environmental dynamics. Effective conservation efforts require a holistic approach that integrates science, technology, and active community participation. Thus, to achieve environmental sustainability and reduce the impact of environmental degradation, a collaborative strategy is needed that makes biology the main pillar in ecosystem conservation and restoration efforts.
