Abstract

Based on the observation conducted by the researcher in MAN 1 Kerinci shown that the student’s learning outcome still have not reached the KKM. One of the reasons is the teachers have not been able to compose learning materials in accordance with the demands of the curriculum. Learning model by teachers have not been able to guide the students in learning. Therefore, it is necessary to develop learning materials by PBL. This study was aimed to develop learning materials the from e-modul by PBL integrated covid-19 to straight motion subjects with valid, practical, and effective. Methodology of this study was research and development. The development model used was 4-D model consist of define, design, development, and disseminate. In the define phase, it was done curriculum, student, and material analysis. In the design phase, it was done by designing learning materials the from e-modul. In the development phase, it was done test of validity, practicality, and the effectivity of e-modul. Then in the disseminate phase, it was done test of practicalities, and effectiveness. The data about test of validity was obtained trough the validation sheet of e-modul. Data about test of practicality was obtained trough observation sheet of lesson plan accomplishment and the questionnaire responses of teachers and learners. Data about test of effectivity was obtained trough an assessment of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of learners. Then, the data about increase student’s creative thinking skill was obtained trough comparison between the ready attitude analysis of early and late. The analysis of material was obtained straight motion. In the design phase, it was obtained initial draft of e-modul that consist in the development phase, it was obtained e-modul which has valid criteria (0,86), practically criteria (94%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Walexa Indo Group Tangerang Selatan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Walexa Indo Group Tangerang Selatan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Walexa Indo Group Tangerang Selatan. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan populasi sebanyak 62 orang dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 62 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (2.917>2.0003). Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai p value < sig.0,05 atau (0,005<0,05). Dengan ini maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antar pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 2.081>2.0003). diperkuat dengan nilai p value < sig.0,05 atau (0,042<0,05). Maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima, Menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antar kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif cukup kuat dan signifikan antar pengawasan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi linier berganda sebesar Y = 13,185 + 0,405X1 + 0,263X2 dan hasil uji f diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (18.692>3,150), hal ini juga diperkuat dengan p value < sig.0,05 atau (0,000<0,05). Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, Menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antar variabel pengawasan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Walexa Indo Group Tangerang Selatan

Abstract

Python programming language is a popular programming language in the field of data analysis. In this research, researchers will analyze data on the cause of lung cancer, because lung cancer has the highest death case among other cancer types. The purpose of the research is to explore how dataset processing related to lung cancer-causing factors using the Python programming language and the datasets used are derived from Kaggle. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 462,000 people and a sample of 999 people. The analysis technique used is an explorative data analysis technique. From the results of the research, the highest cause of lung cancer was found in people aged 32-42 years, level 7 genetic factor, 7th level in dust allergies, level 7 obesity and male sex has higher risk than women.

Abstract

The increasing adoption of digital libraries has expanded access to electronic learning resources in higher education; however, university students’ utilization of e-books through Indonesia’s National Digital Library application, iPusnas, remains underexplored. This study aimed to analyze the utilization of e-books through iPusnas among undergraduate students in the Library and Information Science Program at Universitas Negeri Padang. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 56 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on the five dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that students demonstrated positive perceptions across all dimensions, indicating that iPusnas facilitates information retrieval and supports academic activities. Nevertheless, several practical limitations continued to affect its actual utilization. The study concludes that iPusnas has substantial potential as a digital learning resource in higher education. These findings contribute empirical evidence regarding students’ acceptance and utilization of a national digital library platform and provide practical implications for improving digital collections, system usability, and user-oriented library services.
