Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is adolescents transition results which makes adolescents which is often associated with students. where at a time like this often emotional or psychological instability. in this transition adolescence are looking for identity. but often searching for identity adolescents or students tend to be wrong in socializing so many do things that deviate from the norms that exist in society. that's what makes adolescents or students often do deviant behavior called juvenile delinquency. juvenile delinquency is various kinds of adolescent behavior that is not socially acceptable so that criminal acts occur. Schools are one of the places where juvenile delinquency prevention efforts are carried out by students. Results of this study is all forms of SMA Z efforts in Pekanbaru to tackle student delinquency. this type of study are the qualitative which aims to describe the original situation that occurred at the research location through observation, analysis, and interviews in order to obtain answers to the problems that have been formulated. so this study concludes that the school is aware of the existence of delinquency committed by students, then make efforts to prevent and impose sanctions on students in order to have a deterrent effect and hopefully not repeating his delinquency again.

Abstract

Toxic relationships that can trigger violence against women can be caused by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that trigger the emergence of violence experienced by women in toxic relationship problems. This study uses qualitative research methods, namely the method used to examine the condition of natural objects with the researcher as the key instrument which is carried out by interviewing the resource person. Referring to the two theories used, namely Radical Feminism and Victimization, to see how women are targeted as victims of violence in toxic relationship issue

Abstract

The phenomenon of prostitution can be said as a crime, where that prostitutiom was activities and action who violates the regulations and norm that apply in the community are include deviant acts. Now in digital era this act develop, be it in terms of actors or practice. Like what happened on Pekanbaru city there is online prostitutipn carried out by minors with michat application. This research do with qualitative and descriptive method meaning to desribe and solve problem this research, with rational choice theory whic causes minors to become actor of prostitution was a based on that choice and fullfilling of life.

Abstract

Rokan Hulu Regency is a rich region in biodiversity. Rokan Hulu is an area that has a long list of protected wild animals that are threatened with extinction. Protected Wild Animals Protected Wilds are all animals that live on land, water and/or air that still have protected wild characteristics, both free living and those kept by humans. The extinction of protected wildlife is caused by the reduction and destruction of habitat as well as the hunting and trade of illegal animals that are traded in the Black Market. The purpose of this study was to find out what are the factors behind the hunting of protected wild animals, especially in Cipang Kanan Village, Rokan IV Koto. This study uses a phenomenological approach and uses qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study are the appropriate target factor, the motivated actor factor and also the lack of guarding factor which is the background of the rampant phenomenon of hunting for protected wild animals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Koperasi Pegawai dan Dosen Universitas Indraprasta PGRI (KOPINDRA) dengan menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan tahun 2022–2024, meliputi neraca dan laporan laba rugi. Rasio yang dianalisis meliputi Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Total Asset Turnover (TAT). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan solvabilitas berada pada tingkat yang sehat dengan tren positif pada efisiensi penggunaan aset. Meskipun demikian, profitabilitas yang diukur dengan NPM, ROA, dan ROE menunjukkan tren penurunan dari tahun ke tahun, mengindikasikan perlunya strategi peningkatan pendapatan dan pengendalian biaya. Secara keseluruhan, KOPINDRA memiliki kondisi keuangan yang kuat namun perlu perbaikan pada aspek profitabilitas guna menjaga keberlanjutan usaha.
