Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the content of the prayers of the people of Lahat Regency. The method that will be used in this research is qualitative. This approach was chosen because this type of qualitative research approach focuses on describing, analyzing and interpreting group culture. Apart from that, a historical approach will be used. The informants in this research are community figures, religious figures, who understand the adages in the Lahat Regency area. Then, in qualitative studies, the main research instrument is the researcher himself who is assisted by several implementers. The data mining techniques will be carried out by means of observation and in-depth interviews. Next, data regarding the substance of these sayings will be analyzed using content analysis. The results of this research found that based on the research we conducted with the framework and analysis used, information was obtained that the contents or messages contained in the sermons of the Besemah Malay community (with a few exceptions) were in line with Islamic teachings. In other words, the content of these sermons is a combination of the local culture of the Besemah Malay community, global culture and Islamic teachings, especially those related to society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the content of petatah-petitih of the Lahat Regency community as a medium of Islamic education in the perspective of Maqashid Sharia. This research uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, which focuses on the description, analysis, and interpretation of group culture. In addition, a historical approach was also used to trace the development and meaning of petatah-petitih in the lives of local people. The informants in this study consisted of community leaders and religious leaders who understood and mastered the petatah-petitih that developed in Lahat Regency. The main instrument in this research was the researcher himself, supported by the implementation team. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and in-depth interviews to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the substance of petatah-petitih. The data obtained was then analysed using the content analysis method to identify the values contained in the petatah-petitih. The results of the study show that the petatah-petitih of the Besemah Malay community, with some exceptions, are in line with Islamic teachings. The messages contained in these petatah-petitih reflect a fusion between the local culture of the Besemah Malay, global values, and Islamic teachings, especially in the social aspects of society. This finding confirms that petatah-petitih has a strategic role as a medium of Islamic education that contains Maqashid Sharia values, such as the protection of religion (hifz ad-din), reason (hifz al-aql), soul (hifz an-nafs), offspring (hifz an-nasl), and property (hifz al-mal). Thus, petatah-petitih can be used as a relevant learning instrument in building community character and morality.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pembinaankompetensi pedagogik guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah berbasis pesantren, mengetahui dan menganalisis pembinaan kompetensi kepribadian guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah berbasis pesantren, mengetahui dan menganalisis pembinaan kompetensi sosial guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah berbasis pesantren, mengetahui dan menganalisis pembinaan kompetensi profesional guru Madrasah Tsanawiyahberbasis pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber Data terdiri dari Pengawas, Kepala Madrasah, Pimpinan Pesantren (kiayi) dan Guru. Teknik analisa data melalui langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Teknikpemeriksaan keabsahan data didasarkan pada empat kriteria yaitu kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi professional dilaksanakan dengan melalui empat hal sebagai berikut: Satu, peningkatan kualifikasi akademik guru, Dua, pembinaan melalui program sertifikasi Tiga pembinaan melalui pelatihan terintegrasi, Empat pembinaan melalui supervisi Hasil pembinaan keempat Kompetensi guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi professional pada empat Madrasah Tsanawiyah telah mengalami peningkatan dengan signifikan melalui pengembangan skill dan penegetahuan. Temuan essensial pola pembinaan kompetensi guru telah dilakukan dengan baik, namun belum melakukan pola pembinaan dengan menggunakan manajemen moderndalam mengembangkan skill dan pengetahuan. Pola pengembangan pembinaan dengan Penggabungan teori menurut Clutterbuck dan teori pengembangan pelatihan oleh Thomas Lickona dan dilengkapi dengan nilai-nilai religius sebagailangkah untuk Pembinaan kompetensi guru dilakukan secara menyeluruh danterpadu (development and skill of religius value) Manajemen pembinaannya menyentuh pada hal substantif yang mendorong guru terus berfikir kritis dan mengembangkan pola pikir kelas tinggi. Terintegrasi kompetensi guru yaitu pembinaan dengan menggunakan manajemen modern dan menerapkan nilai-nilai religius yang didasarkan pada sunnah Rasulullah SAW dan tradisi parasalafussolih dalam membina ummatnya.
