Abstract

Air memiliki nilai yang sangat penting sebagai sumber daya alam dengan berbagai fungsi, terutama dalam konteks pertanian. Karena berbagai peranannya, terjadi kekurangan debit air dalam jaringan irigasi, terutama pada jaringan Irigasi Jetak. Penelitian ini menganalisis permasalahan yang menyebabkan kekurangan debit air di jaringan irigasi Jetak. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dipilih karena variabel bebasnya melibatkan unsur-unsur dari 5 pilar irigasi. Analisis menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan, dengan nilai F hitung (3,767) > F tabel (3,33). Secara keseluruhan, variabel yang digunakan memiliki dampak terhadap kekurangan debit air di jaringan irigasi Jetak, hasil ini didukung oleh uji validitas dan uji F (ANOVA) yang menunjukkan pengaruh bersama variabel terhadap variabel Y. Permasalahan utama dalam kekurangan debit air di jaringan irigasi Jetak adalah ketersediaan air yang kurang memadai, terindikasi dengan koefisien beta terstandarisasi sebesar 0,215. Solusinya melibatkan pendekatan komprehensif melalui manajemen air yang bijaksana, upaya pelestarian lingkungan, serta kerja sama lintas sektor.

Abstract

Wilayah Sungai Welang-Pekalen merupakan daerah aliran sungai yang menjadi wilayah kerja UPT PSDA WS Welang-Pekalen. Terdapat 36 daerah aliran sungai pada WS Welang-Pekalen, dimana salah satunya adalah DAS Rejoso. Das Rejoso memiliki daerah hulu di kecamatan Puspo dan daerah hilirnya berada di Kecamatan Rejoso. DAS Rejoso dinilai memiliki potensi ketersediaan air yang melimpah, ditinjau dari banyaknya anak sungai yang berada di dalam DAS Rejoso. Namun permasalahan kekeringan kerap kali menjadi issu yang terus terjadi. Dalam upaya pengelolaan sumber daya air DAS Rejoso yang efektif, perlu diketahui seberapa besar potensi ketersediaan air dan jumlah kebutuhan air dengan cara dilakukan analisa neraca air pada DAS Rejoso. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meluputi analisa ketersediaan air dengan menggunakan data hujan tahun 2011-2022. Analisa kebutuhan air meliputi kebutuhan air domestik, kebutuhan air non domestik, kebutuhan air industri, kebutuhan air perikanan, kebutuhan air peternakan, kebutuhan air irigasi, dan kebutuhan air pemeliharaan sungai. Langkah selanjutnya adalah analisa neraca air untuk mengetahui jumlah perbandingan antara ketersediaan dan kebutuhan air pada DAS Rejoso. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan debit ketersediaan air pada DAS rejoso adalah 1255,31 juta m3/tahun dan debit total kebutuhan air sebesar 603,69 juta m3/tahun, sehingga terdapat surplus debit sebesar 651,63 juta m3/tahun

Abstract

Pateguan Irrigation Area has an area of 1,466 ha with a canal length of 20,835 m is still not sufficient to fulfill the irrigation needs for agricultural land in the region. Due to the existing conditions in the irrigation canals of the Pateguan irrigation area, there is a lot of damage such as leaks and siltation. This is due to the large amount of sediment contained in the irrigation canals which makes the flow of water obstructed. The obstruction of water flow in irrigation canals has a significant impact on the growth and development of plants in agricultural land. Based on these problems, it is necessary to determine the real needs of network operation and maintenance with the aim of knowing how network operation and maintenance activities and the number of needs for operation and maintenance of irrigation networks. The type of research is descriptive qualitative by using the method of site survey, observation and interviews as well as documentation studies and technical data collection to determine the real needs of operation and maintenance of Pateguan Irrigation Area, Pandaan District. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the Physical Condition of the Pateguan Irrigation Area is 59.53% and has 40.47% damage, the existing personnel in the Pateguan Irrigation Area is undermanned, because the number of personnel is not in accordance with the Permen PU. The real need for operation and maintenance in the Pateguan Pateguan Irrigation Area is Rp 3.088.362.121,25.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Bener Irrigation Network in Kejayan District, Pasuruan Regency, based on technical and non technical factors to support sustainable food security. The evaluation was conducted using a descriptive approach with a mixed quantitative and qualitative method, including field observations, channel condition measurements, and questionnaires distributed to 30 P3A farmer members and 5 irrigation management officers. Technical factors were assessed through the physical condition of primary and secondary channels, while non technical factors included community participation, maintenance budget availability, and institutional coordination. The results indicate that the primary channels have an average condition value of 78.88% (moderate category), while the secondary channels have an average of 70.08% (moderate category) with a higher level of damage. Non technical factors are the main challenge, characterized by low farmer participation, limited maintenance funding, and uneven water availability throughout the year. Questionnaire results revealed that although 100% of respondents acknowledge the existence of P3A and consider it active, only 49% believe the infrastructure functions sustainably, and most stated that irrigation water is not always available year round. Overall, the performance of the Bener Irrigation Network is considered fairly good but requires improvement through channel rehabilitation, institutional strengthening, and participatory management strategies to achieve sustainable irrigation performance.

Abstract

Kondisi iklim di Indonesia saat ini sedang mengalami perubahan, dimana perbedaan antara musim hujan dengan musim kemarau tidak dapat diprediksikan secara pasti. Musim hujan biasanya terjadi mulai bulan November sampai dengan bulan Mei, sedang musim kemarau biasanya mulai bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Oktober. Data curah hujan sepanjang tahun 2020 di Kabupaten Pasuruan berdasarkan Data BMKG Stasiun Geofisika Pasuruan dapat diketahui bahwa curah hujan paling tinggi terjadi pada Bulan Januari, sedangkan curah hujan terendah terjadi pada Bulan September. Rata-rata curah hujan per bulan Kabupaten Pasuruan adalah 336,16 mm. Berdasarkan latar belakang studi, diidentifikasi permasalahan yang terdapat pada pembahasan ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi terjadinya peluang perubahan debit air sungai berdasarkan karakteristik Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Welulang Kabupaten Pasuruan dalam upaya pengelolaan sumber daya air sehingga menjadi efektif dan efisien.Agar pengelolaan sumber daya air bisa menjadi efektif dan efisien maka pemanfaatannya harus diatur sedemikian rupa agar sumber daya air yang ada bisa terjaga kuantitas dan kualitasnya. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu studi pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya air yang salah satunya dapat berupa penelitian atau kajian tentang Analisa Perhitungan Hidrograf Banjir Rancangan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Welulang Model Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik (HSS) Nakayasu berdasarkan kondisi eksisting Daerah Aliran Sungai Welulang dan kondisi tata guna lahan. yang terdapat pada lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa curah hujan rancangan pada wilayah studi berdasarkan metode Log Pearson Tipe III dengan berbagai kala ulang, yaitu kala ulang 2 tahun (124,69 mm) sampai dengan kala ulang 1000 tahun (183,01 mm) dan mengetahui besaran debit banjir rancangan menggunakan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik (HSS) Nakayasu berdasarkan karakteristik DAS diwilayah DAS Welulang Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan berbagai kala ulang, yaitu kala ulang 2 tahun (87,80 m3/dt) sampai dengan kala ulang 1000 tahun (127,86 m3/dt).

Abstract

Flooding is a problem that often occurs in Indonesia, especially in Bangil-Pasuruan area, where every year always inundates several sub-districts there, 3 sub-districts are often submerged with a depth around 30-50 cm. The Bangil sub-district area is downstream in Kedunglarangan Watershed, where upstream in the Prigen sub-district. With these problems, appropriate mitigation is needed, an approach study in form of flow analysis is needed to provide appropriate handling. The rainfall discharge simulation method is an important tool in hydrology, one of the models used is using HEC-HMS software. Rainfall - discharge simulation in Kedunglarangan Watershed using HEC-HMS software using SCS Curve-Number method on runoff volume, SCS unit hydrograph on direct runoff. In analysis using modeling parameters such as initial abrasion, curve number, and time lag. This study aims to analyze the maximum discharge with a certain return period that can be used a reference in flood mitigation planning. In this study, the peak discharge was found at a 2-year return period of 75.9m3/s, a 5-year return period of 120.5m3/s, a 10-year return period of 154.7m3/s, a 20-year return period of 202.7m3/s, a 50-year return period of 241.6m3/s, and a 100-year return period of 282.7m3/s.

Abstract

The Green Open Space (RTH) construction in Kediri City includes a food court building utilizing reinforced concrete structures. During construction, cracking issues occurred in several beam structures due to the inability to bear the design loads effectively, necessitating a strengthening approach. This study aims to develop and evaluate a strengthening method for cracked beam structures by employing concrete jacketing. The specific objective is to improve the structural integrity and load-bearing capacity of these beams to ensure the durability and safety of the building. A concrete jacketing technique was used to reinforce the cracked beams, utilizing K-300 ready-mix concrete and additional reinforcing steel. The study involved structural analysis to assess the load-bearing capacity before and after jacketing, and on-site evaluation was conducted to monitor the method's effectiveness. The findings indicate that the jacketing method significantly increased the beams' bending moment capacity and overall structural strength, successfully addressing the cracks and enhancing the beams' ability to bear the intended loads. The reinforced beams showed improved load distribution and structural resilience performance. Concrete jacketing proved to be an effective method for strengthening the cracked beam structures in the Green Open Space project. The study provides valuable insights for similar future construction projects, suggesting that concrete jacketing can be a reliable reinforcement technique to enhance the durability and safety of building structures.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the irrigation management system in the Wedoro Irrigation Area, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency, and to examine its impact on environmental sustainability. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach through water discharge measurements, crop water requirement analysis, and cropping pattern simulations based on water balance. Results show that water distribution efficiency reached only 42.90%, while the network effectiveness was 87.63%, both below ideal standards. The cropping pattern simulation indicated that the Rice–Maize–Soybean combination was more adaptive to water availability and environmentally friendly. Low efficiency was mainly caused by leakage and sedimentation in the canals, which also led to groundwater exploitation and environmental degradation. Canal normalization and enhanced farmer participation in irrigation management are necessary. These findings highlight the importance of integrating irrigation management with environmental protection efforts to support sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

The Gembong River Basin (DAS) in Pasuruan Regency is an agricultural area heavily influenced by surface water availability. High rainfall fluctuations and limited natural reservoirs pose a risk of water deficit during the dry season. This study aims to analyze runoff discharge, reliable discharge, and water balance using the FJ Mock method based on monthly rainfall data, potential evapotranspiration, and watershed physical characteristics. The data used covers the period 2010–2024, which is processed to produce effective rainfall, monthly discharge, reliable discharge (Q80), and annual water balance. The calculation results show a maximum discharge of 5.83 m³/s in December and a minimum discharge of 0.76 m³/s in October. The average reliable discharge value of Q80 is only around 0.01–0.02 m³/s, indicating limited water supply during the dry season. The water balance shows a period of water surplus occurring in January–June, while a deficit occurs in July–December. These findings emphasize the need for integrated water resource management strategies, such as the construction of reservoirs and adjustments to cropping patterns based on reliable discharge to ensure the sustainability of irrigation.
