Abstract

Pustakawan merupakan unsur penunjang pada perpustakaan, maka keberadaannya sangat dibutuhkan, karena mereka merupakan profesionalis dan terampil dibidang perpustakaan. Dengan adanya pustakawan yang profesionalis dan terampil maka perpustakaan tersebut akan lebih menyenangkan dan terkelola dengan baik. Seorang pustakawan harus mempunyai jiwa pengabdian terhadap tugas-tugas dan fungsi perpustakaan sebagai sarana penunjang pendidikan formal dan nonformal, serta senantiasa bersedia membantu, membimbing, dan memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat terbuka dan suka rela, sehingga tujuan perpustakaan ini dapat tercapai. Dengan adanya penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan pustakawan Perpustakaan Madrasah Aliyah Sirajul Ulum teknik untuk pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berdasarkan fakta yang terjadi di lapangan dengan mengidentifikasi semua peristiwa penting yang mempunyai hubungan dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disarankan ke Perpustakaan di Madrasah Aliyah Sirajul ulum sebagaimana pustakawan harus meningkatkan kinerjanya agar lebih baik lagi memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pemustaka.

Abstract

Abstract This research is expected to be able to overcome problems that are happening in class and be able to provide new methods of using demonstration methods in learning Arabic. In this case the researcher also pays attention to how the lesson is to be delivered or what method is most appropriate for a lesson. Therefore this study is entitled: Improving the Ability to Speak, Read and Write Arabic Subjects Through Demonstration Methods in Class XII Religion Students of MAN 2 Probolinggo. Mastery of the Arabic language is an important requirement for the success of individuals, society, the Indonesian people in responding to the challenges of the times at the global level. Mastery of Arabic can be obtained through various programs, while formal Arabic learning programs at madrasas are the main means for most Indonesian children. Abstract

Abstract Reading is one of the most important things in life. Various learning processes. By reading Various knowledge we can achieve success we can get it. This article aims to describe the implementation of the literacy movement for students in class 3a MIN 2 Probolinggo. Through various student activities, that the role of the library in developing reading literacy towards developing reading literacy of grade 3a students at MIN 2 Probolinggo plays an important role and has a positive value, the research results show that 15 minute reading activities and various methods and reading corners to develop literacy reading is an improvement plan to support the reading literacy campaign.
