Abstract

This research aims to fully describe internal quality audits, namely the important role of internal quality audits and internal audits in education in Indonesia. In obtaining data for this research, a qualitative approach of the Systematic Literature Review type was used, by collecting data from books, journals and articles. Data analysis was carried out using the PRISMA method, there were 5 stages used, namely determining eligibility criteria, determining sources of information, selecting literature, collecting data, and selecting data items. With this method it can be obtained from various sources including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. The research results found that: 1) The important role of internal quality audit is that there are four main practical elements, namely verification of written records, policy analysis, evaluation of the logic and completeness of procedures, internal services, and staff to ensure that procedures are efficient and in accordance with organizational policies and reporting recommendations. improvements to superior management. 2). Internal Audit of Education in Indonesia, Joint audits can play an important role in the implementation of education, so that they can find out various problems that occur in operational activities in schools, the causes of these problems, and then think about solutions to these problems. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan transformasi digital dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia unggul di dunia pendidikan. Dalam memperoleh data, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis Systematic Literature Review, dengan mengumpulkan data dari buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PRISMA, terdapat 5 tahapan yang digunakan yaitu penentuan kriteria kelayakan, penentuan sumber informasi, pemilihan literatur, pengumpulan data, dan pemilihan item data. Dengan metode ini dapat diperoleh dari berbagai sumber antara lain jurnal, buku, dokumentasi, internet dan perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) peran transformasi digital dalam pendidikan. Teknologi digital dalam dunia pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Selain itu, transformasi pendidikan dalam transformasi digital juga memunculkan paradigma baru dalam metode pembelajaran. Penggunaan aplikasi edukasi, simulasi dan permainan pembelajaran membuka pintu pembelajaran interaktif yang tidak hanya efektif tetapi juga menyenangkan. 2) Pengembangan sumber daya manusia di dunia pendidikan. Sedangkan sumber daya manusia bidang pendidikan adalah kompetensi fungsional yang dimiliki tenaga kependidikan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam dunia pendidikan harus dilaksanakan secara profesional agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, yaitu tersedianya tenaga kependidikan yang diperlukan dengan kualifikasi dan kemampuan yang sesuai sehingga mempunyai kinerja yang tinggi.

Abstract

The research investigates strategies used by supervisors to enhance teachers' professional competencies related to leadership transformation and motivation at SD Sungai Raya, employing a qualitative approach with 10 participants (1 supervisor, 3 principals, 6 teachers). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed in three stages. Key findings include: (1) supervisors effectively enhance competencies by understanding teachers' needs, monitoring regularly, and providing motivation; (2) transformational leadership by principals fosters problem-solving and individual consideration, promoting experience sharing and recognition; (3) teachers exhibit discipline and increased motivation through positive colleague relationships. The study concludes that consistent collaboration among supervisors, principals, and teachers is crucial for improving educational quality.
