In the context of daycare institutions, social interaction, and care are the keys to understanding how social factors influence children's development. This research adopts a qualitative approach, in which the data collection method uses interviews, observation, questionnaires, and document analysis to explore the impact of applying social interest theory at Alif Islamic Daycare. The main participants targeted in the research are care staff, parents, and children attending Alif Islamic Daycare. The data is analyzed by referring to the concepts contained in social interest theory such as the influence of the social environment on morality, the balance between individual, public, and social interests in the concept of general security as well as social interests which refer to society's standards for individual life. Abstract

The high production and market demand for citrus fruits can increase environmental waste. Most people do not use orange peel waste even though this peel contains bioactive compounds and phytochemicals that have the potential to form ZnO using the green synthesis method. This new research offers an environmentally friendly solution to reducing orange peel waste using abundant natural resources for nanotechnology applications. Therefore, this research aims to identify the phase of ZnO material and functional groups from orange peel extract. The extraction method of ZnO from Citrus sinensis orange peel uses green synthesis. The analysis in this research indicates that the sample has the phase of a zincite crystalline and a nanocrystalline size of 12.98 nm. The sample has an absorption peak at a wave number of 4000 – 400 cm-1 with functional groups indicating OH, C=C, Zn-OH, and Zn-O stretching vibration

Abstract

Livelihood is an obligation that must be fulfilled by the husband towards his wife and children. Livelihood can be in the form of birth income such as clothing, food, shelter and mental livelihood such as good moral teaching. Even if there is a divorce between husband and wife, the obligation to provide for children is still continuously fulfilled by the father. But in reality, in the community these income obligations tend to be neglected. Of course, this is not in line with what is in the Compilation of Islamic Law and Human Rights Instruments both nationally and internationally. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the fulfillment of children's support rights after divorce in Banyuurip Gresik Village. This research is empirical research with a sociological approach. Primary data in this study were secondary data obtained by the author through books, legal rules, journals, and previous research in accordance with the theme of this study. The data obtained is then analyzed through the stages of data preparation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the implementation of the fulfillment of children's support rights after divorce is not carried out properly. This is influenced by several factors, including no claim for income, inadequate economic conditions, and the absence of awareness and responsibility of the husband for the obligation to provide for children after divorce. Husbands tend to neglect these obligations and the fulfillment of children's support tends to be carried out by wives and their families.
