Abstract

The research discussed Lukman Batik’s artwork, which served as a poignant reminder of the value of maintaining these traditions and ensuring that traditional techniques and patterns used in batik art were practical and could be carried on by future generations. The research aimed to conduct thorough research on Lukman Batik Yogyakarta and its significance as a cultural heritage site, to investigate the correlation between prior knowledge and cultural tendency in relation to the tourist experience of making batik at Lukman Batik Yogyakarta, to analyze the data collected and interpret the nature of the correlation between prior knowledge, cultural tendency, and tourist involvement in experiencing batik making at Lukman Batik Yogyakarta. The research was analyzed using Pearson correlation. The target audience of the survey was tourists who came to Lukman Batik, and the sample was 732 tourists aged 17-50 years old. The sample’s statistical analysis showed that the respondents’ sex ratio was generally balanced, with a majority of young and middle-aged (age 17-45 years old) tourists. The majority of participants had bachelor’s degrees or above, and the majority of respondents were professionals or employees. The research reveals that 0.949, which means that prior knowledge has a “very strong” relationship with cultural tendency and involvement. The result shows a significant positive relationship between prior knowledge and the cultural tendency of tourist involvement. Interaction with cultural attractions, such as batik making and tourist participation throughout the visit, play a major role in forming enduring memories.

Abstract

Aksesibilitas bandar udara merupakan faktor penting sebagai pilihan ketika merencanakan perjalanan dan oleh karena itu juga dapat dijadikan keunggulan oleh berbagai terminal bandar udara bisa bersaing. Aksesibilitas transportasi dari dan ke bandar udara International Kualanamu salah satu nya Kereta Api Bandar Udara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Aksesibilitas dan ketersediaan kereta api bandar udara terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas penumpang bandar udara International Kualanamu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menyebarkan kuisioner atau angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data yang digunakan regresi linear berganda, Uji t, Uji F, dan Uji koefisien determinasi. Data diolah menggunakan program software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Aksesibilitas (X1) terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas penumpang Bandar Udara International Kualanamu dan tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Fasilitas (X2) terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas penumpang Bandar Udara International Kualanamu. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel aksesibilitas dan fasilitas memberi pengaruh terhadap variabel efisiensi dan efektivitas sebesar 46,7% dan sisanya 53,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diketahui dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Sam Ratulangi airports in Manado contribute to the tourism industry by offering facilities and high-quality services. They promote local attractions and work well with various travel agents, which contributes to the growth of the tourism industry. Growing the transportation industry benefits both the economy and the travel and tourism industry. The research aims to analyze the tourism promotion strategies through Sam Ratulangi Airport. This is a descriptive analysis study using a qualitative technique. Sam Ratulangi International Airport is an international airport located 13 kilometers northeast of Manado, the capital of North Sulawesi in Indonesia. Using the SWOT matrix analysis, several different strategies for boosting nomadic tourism in Manado can be developed through the gate of Sam Ratulangi Airport. The results of the data will be used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tourism objects in Sam Ratulangi Airport. The conclusion of this study states that for the tourism development strategy of Sam Ratulangi Airport, they are (1) improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure that supports tourism, (2) increasing tourism activities on a national and international scale, (3) promoting attractions on an ongoing basis to the national and international level, (4) developing various values of tourist attraction products, (5) involving the participation of the community and all interested parties in the management of attractions, and (6) improving the competency of human resources for tourism actors.
