Abstract

This research aims to examine the communication styles of female leaders in East Bekasi District. The research method used was qualitative with 7 informants, namely 1 sub-district head and 6 sub-district staff. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the East Bekasi Subdistrict Head's communication style uses patterns. The control communication style is used by the sub-district head through instructions and supervision of subordinates. The egalitarian communication style encourages discussion and collaboration between the sub-district head and his staff. The structuring communication style provides clear direction in carrying out tasks. A dynamic communication style motivates aggressive actions to improve performance. The reliquis communication style provides autonomy to subordinates. Communication style is withdrawn, open and involved in communication with subordinates. Withdrawal's communication style is not visible in the communication style of the East Bekasi Subdistrict Head. This communication style involves withdrawal and lack of involvement in communication with subordinates.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies implemented by online news media NTvnews.id through the social media platform Instagram, utilizing the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) 7P theory. The research method employed is qualitative, with data collection techniques involving in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The research findings reveal that NTvnews.id utilizes integrated marketing communication strategies across various social media platforms, particularly Instagram. The research findings demonstrate that NTvnews.id has successfully implemented effective marketing communication strategies through social media, particularly Instagram. This is evidenced by the significant increase in followers, likes, comments, and shares. This research contributes significantly to the comprehension of marketing communication strategies employed by online news media in the digital age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Humas Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bekasi dalam menghadapi situasi krisis terkait pungutan liar, serta untuk mengeksplorasi respons masyarakat dan organisasi RBPI (Relawan Bersama Pemberantasan Pungutan Liar). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Humas Dinas Perhubungan berperan penting dalam mengkomunikasikan kebijakan pemerintah dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan masyarakat untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari pungutan liar. Humas juga berfungsi sebagai jembatan antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, memberikan informasi yang transparan dan akurat, serta menangani keluhan masyarakat secara responsif. Kesimpulannya, peran Humas dalam menghadapi krisis merupakan aspek yang krusial dalam membangun transparansi dan kepercayaan, yang pada akhirnya akan berkontribusi pada stabilitas sosial dan pembangunan daerah.
