Abstract

Teaching Assistance is one of the student work programs at Teaching Campus 6 at SDN Kapasan III/145 Surabaya. This activity received full support from the school. This program is the result of collaboration between local elementary school teachers and students, with the aim of students replacing the teacher if the teacher is unable to attend to help with the teaching process. Apart from that, students also have a responsibility to improve literacy and hone students' thinking skills. The learning provided adapts to existing learning subjects but is packaged in fun learning with games or ice breaking included. The implementation of Teaching Assistance uses the observation method by observing objects directly during the Teaching Campus 6 assignment period at SDN Kapasan III/145 Surabaya. The results of this activity can show that the role of students in Teaching Assistance plays a very important role in supporting students to increase their motivation to learn and helping teachers carry out their duties.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly tight business competition, the implementation of product differentiation strategies and appropriate pricing are the main keys to attracting and maintaining consumer interest. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach through a survey method, where data was obtained from 100 respondents using an e-questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to identify how much influence each independent variable has on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that both product differentiation and price perception have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that with product differentiation and offering prices that are considered appropriate by consumers can influence consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The KALIMASADA program is an abbreviation for Adminduk Aware Community Environmental Area. This program is present as one of the efforts made by the Population and Civil Registration Service of the City of Surabaya to increase the awareness of the people of Surabaya City regarding Population Administration. This program is implemented in every sub-district of Surabaya City, supported by the Head of RT/RW, KSH, and MSIB 6 Internship Students as service assistants who go directly to the field (pick up the ball) to provide convenience for the community in managing population administration optimally. By implementing the KALIMASADA program, it is hoped that the public will understand the importance of population administration which is carried out free of charge without any charges. The implementation of the KALIMASADA Jemput Bola adminduk program uses the observation method by observing objects directly during the assignment period in Rangkah Village, Surabaya City. The results of this activity can show that the role of MSIB 6 students as Companion of Population Administration Services has a significant influence in increasing public awareness of the importance of population administration in today's masses. Apart from that, MSIB 6 students also play a very important role for the community in making it easier to manage population administration files. quickly and efficiently
