Abstract

The value of company in investor perception towords the company success lavel which is often related to the price of the stock. The high value of the company will make the market believe is not only the present condition of the company but also the prospect of the company. Based on the previous studies, there are some factors influencing the value of the company, among them are : decision of funding, dividend policy, decision of stock, company growth and size of the company. Some of the factors have relationship and influence towards the inconsistent value of the company. The present study is aimed at finding out the influence of capital structute and company growth towards the value of company at manufacture companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange.            The population of the study was the manufacture industry registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange which was studied from 2014 up to 2015. The method used to determine samples was using purposive sampling method with some fixed criteria with the 1 samples of manufacture companies. The data used was the secondary data which was obtained from Indonesia Capital Market Directory from 2014 up to 2015.             The result of the study shows that: 1) capital structure has a positive influence toward the company value, 2) company growth has positive influence towards the value of the company.            Keywords: Capital Structure, Growth Of Company and Firm Value.

There are manyfinancial ratiosthatare madeaccording to the needsof analystscommonlyusedinfinancial analysis, including theliquidityratios, leverageratios, activity ratios andprofitabilityratios. The company's performancecan bemeasured using ameasuring instrumentcalledEVA(Ecomonic Value Added). Thus, by usingthe method of calculatingthefinancial statements analysisandperformance of the company, the resultisfinancial performance.AgroKartikaoptimalgraceandableto experiencea significantincrease in profits. Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence receivables turnover and inventory turnover partially and simultam to company profitability of industrial food and beverage listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia, as well as proving the most dominant influence of variables receivables turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of industrial enterprises food and beverage listed in the Bursa Efek Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. Total population in this study are 14 food and beverage industry companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia in 2010. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Based on the calculations specified number of samples examined 48 financial report of 9 food and beverage company. The results showed (1) partially, receivables turnover no significant effect on the profitability of the company, while the inventory turnover significantly influence the profitability of food and beverage industry companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2010-2015. Evident from the test results receivable turnover variable discount a significant value 0.728> 0.05 and 0.351 thitung <ttable 1.67793, while the test result variable inventory turnover significantly discount the value of 0.00 <0.05 and thitung 4451> ttable 1.67793, (2) turnover receivables and inventory turnover simultaneously significant effect on the profitability of the industry food and beverage companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2010-2015. Evidenced from the results of the second test variable has a value of 10.029 Fhitung of greater value than Ftabelyaitu 3.20, (3) the inventory turnover most dominant influence on the profitability of the industry food and beverage companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2010-2015. This is evidenced by the final calculation of the value of the rotation, and simultaneous partial test value of inventory turnover have the greatest effect on the profitability of the industry food and beverage companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2010-2015. Keywords: Accounts Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Profitability (Return On Assets)

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientation variables and product innovation on company performance. The method of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study is 78 employees at Amanda Brownies Surabaya who are still active working until now 2019. Using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique with the terms Amanda Brownies employees who are in the area of Surabaya until 2019 are still actively working at Amanda Brownies . Using the solvin formula approach, the sample was 65.27 which was then rounded up by the researcher to 66 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires). The results of the analysis of this study indicate that first, partially the value of t count> t table (4,557> 1,997) with a significant value for the value of entrepreneurial orientation is 0,000 smaller than the probability value of 0,05, or the value of 0,000 <0,05. Thus indicating that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant influence on company performance. Second, partially the value of t count> t table (1.004> 1.997) with the value of Sig. for the product innovation value is 0,000 smaller than the probability value of 0.05, or the value of 0,000 <0,05. Thus indicating that product innovation has a positive and significant influence on company performance. Third, simultaneously the value of F count> F table (446,293> 3.14) with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05. From these results it can be interpreted that F count> F table, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on company performance. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Orientation, Product Innovation, and Company Performance

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, in the business world, it requires an important aspect to advance a company, one of which is human resources. To get competent and qualified human resources, companies need to ensure the welfare of workers by giving them rights, namely salaries, as reciprocity for the services they have given to the company. In each activity has control over activities that are being and have been carried out. Likewise with the employee payroll system and procedures within the company. The application of an internal control system in the company is very necessary. This research was conducted to find out whether the internal control system in the payroll system and procedures in the company has been running effectively.The object examined is PT Central Mitra Semesta Lamongan which is engaged in replanting services. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Research results show that the payroll system and procedures of PT Central Mitra Semesta Lamongan in fulfilling the elements and objectives of internal control over the payroll system have not been effective, this is characterized by a lack of functions in the organizational structure within the company resulting in a doubling of duties in procedures for making payroll salary payment procedure. less effective recording of employee attendance time so that fraud occurs when calculating working hours and work hours.Keywords: Salaries, systems and procedures, internal control systems

Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence of Hedonic Shopping Motif and Utilitarian Utility Motivation on Consumer Satisfaction (Case Study at Carrefour BG Jungtion Surabaya)". This study aims to determine the effect of Hedonic Motifs and Utilitarian Motives Against customer satisfaction in Carrefour BG Jungtion Surabaya. The population in this study are consumers who are shopping at Carrefour Surabaya, aged minimum 18 th, samples taken as many as 100 respondents. The variables used are Hedonic Motives and Utilitarian Motives and consumer satisfaction. Method of data collection using questionnaire method by using technique of Non Probability Sampling that is incidental sampling. The data obtained in the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis is processed with the help of SPSS program application. The results obtained conclusion as follows: 1. There is a positive influence of Hedonic Motives on Customer Satisfaction Partial test results have a significance level value of (<0,05), 2). Based on the results of research, partially Utilitarian Motive variable No effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of (>0,05), 3). Hedonic Motives and Utilitarian Motives are jointly influential and accepted to customer satisfaction, Simultaneous test results (F) are obtained with a <0.000 significance level. Keywords: Hedonic Motives, Utilitarian Motives and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Each motorcycle manufacturer must have their own strategy in running their business both in terms of price, design and so forth in order to sell all products that interested so that consumers nwill be interested and then decide the ourchase. This study aims to determine the influence of price perception and desaign on purchasing decision Kawasaki motorcycle, Kawasaki is a famous motorcycle brand and is known as a sporty and modern motorcycle product for the current millennial generation.The number of motorcycle user population is not known for certain, taking sample number is detrmined as 96 respondents by using method of convenience sampling and with determination never use the motor. The data collected by spreading questioner filled by user then analyxed by using multiple regression analysis. The analysis includes Validity test, Reliability test, Multicollinearity test, Normality test, Heteroskedasticity test, Autucorrelation test, Determination test (R), Correlation test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (F)), Partial test (t).Result research shows that in variable of price perception and design have strong enough relation to purchasing decision, beside that independent variable have contribution equal to 54,2 % to dependent variable and rest 45,8% influenced by other variable. To test the validity and reliability test of this research declared valid and reliable. In the simultaneous test result ( F test) has a value of 55,047 with a significance level of 0.00 and for all partial test results (t test) obtained with a significance of < 0,05. Keywords :price perception, design, and purchasing decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable price discounts and service quality on customer satisfaction partially, simultaneously and the variables that dominate. The method used in this research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The population used in this study is people who make purchases at PT SDA Indonesia Surabaya. The samples used were 100 respondents using accidental sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires.               This research produces (1) Partially shows the positive influence between the variable price discounts on customer satisfaction PT SDA Indonesia Surabaya (2) The variable service quality also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction PT SDA Indonesia Surabaya (3) Simultaneously also shows the price and service quality together positively to the customer satisfaction of PT SDA Indonesia Surabaya. Keywords: Discounted Prices, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

In tody’s era cnsomers prefer to shop online. From that the outhor wants to know the couse of consumers prefer online shopping from offline. To find out online sales of purchasing decisions. In this study is expected to be useful for the development and progress of enter preneur studies especially with regard to online. Add insight for writers and readrs. This research was aiimed to analyze the influence of trust variable, shopping orientation, and service quality, purchase decision in online fashion. This research was a causal comparative research the sample of this research were 100 respondent from 17 Agustus 1945 University student who ever buy online clothe. The teachnique used in this research was simple random sampling. The student showed that partially independent Trust variable (X1), Shopping Orientation variable (X2), Service Quality variable (X3). Abstract

 This study aims to analyze how much influence brand awareness and product quality to customer loyalty. Sampling method used is Accidental Sampling Method. The sample in this research is 100 customers who buy Bodypack products in Surabaya area and then analyzed the data obtained by using quantitative data analysis.Quantitative analysis includes: validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and F test, and coefficient of determination analysis (R2).The data that has met the validity and reliability test are processed so as to produce the following regression equation: Y = 0,608 + 0.376X1 + 0,448X2Where is the variable of Customer Loyalty (Y), Brand Awareness (X1) variable and Product Quality variable (X2).Hypothesis testing using t test showed that both independent variables studied proved to significantly influence partially to dependent variable Customer Loyalty.Then through the F test can be seen that the two independent variables studied simultaneously affect the dependent variable Customer Loyalty.Adjusted R Square number of 0.707 indicates that 70.7 percent of Customer Loyalty variables can be explained by the two independent variables in the regression equation.While the remaining 29.3 percent is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in this study. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Product Quality and Customer Loyalty
