Abstract

The development of information technology is very important in the world of education. Education taught in Islamic boarding schools is no exception. A teacher at an Islamic boarding school also needs to master technology in the field of multimedia in providing learning videos. This is done in order to help teachers deliver material in a more interesting way to their students. Therefore, a workshop on using Filmora as an alternative for making learning videos is needed. The methods used in this service activity are survey activities, preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The results obtained from this workshop activity were an increase in the abilities of the teachers at the Ar-Rayyan Islamic boarding school. Previously only around 30% of teachers were able to make learning videos, after the workshop was held there are now 85% of teachers who can use technology to make learning videos. Apart from that, the results of the questionnaire analysis distributed to the participants also obtained an average score of 4.1 which is in the good category. The participants (teachers) at the Ar-Rayyan Islamic Boarding School were very enthusiastic in taking part in the workshop activities that had been carried out.

Abstract

Monitoring children's growth and development is crucial. Children's growth and development needs to be done from an early age, so that children's development can grow optimally. Monitoring of children's growth and development is carried out by trained health workers and also by the child's parents. The process of monitoring children's growth and development can be done through posyandu activities and can also be done through applications. One of them is the "PRIMAKU" application which can be downloaded from Playstore. By using this application, it is hoped that parents can monitor their child's development from an early age. Therefore, there is a need for training in the introduction and use of this application. This training was carried out in Mojorayung Village, Wungu District, Kediri Regency. The targets of this training are Posyandu cadres, BKB cadres, and mothers with toddlers. The methods used in this service are preparation, implementation and evaluation. This training activity really helps cadres and mothers of toddlers in utilizing the "PRIMAKU" application. Based on the evaluation results, it was found that 95% of the training participants understood and were able to run the "PRIMAKU" application.

Abstract

Street lighting is very important as a road facility at night, especially in rural areas. Sumbersawit Village, Sidorejo District, Magetan Regency has a problem of lack of adequate lighting system around village roads and public areas. Therefore, a breakthrough is needed to overcome this problem. One way is to hold community service in Sumbersawit Village through LDR sensor implementation activities in developing automatic lights for energy efficiency. This activity is carried out through five main stages, which include: (1) survey and identification of needs, (2) system design and manufacture, (3) socialization and education, (4) installation of automatic lighting system, and (5) evaluation and follow-up. This community service activity was welcomed by the village apparatus and the Sumbersawit village community, so that the activity can run smoothly.
