Abstract

PKU Muhammadiyah Mayong Hospital is a health institution that focuses on excellent service to patients. The increasing need for service functions is a driving factor for the application of information technology at PKU Muhammadiyah Mayong Hospital. To support the alignment of the application of information systems with the needs of the hospital, a paradigm called enterprise architecture is needed. This study aims to analyze the planning of enterprise architecture using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) framework with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) method at PKU Muhammadiyah Mayong Hospital. TOGAF is a generic architectural framework designed to be used in various types and sizes of organizations. ADM is a method that contains a set of activities used in modeling the development of enterprise architecture. This research is expected to be useful for PKU Muhammadiyah Mayong Hospital to integrate business processes with information technology. At each stage of ADM what is done is the process of identifying problems, analyzing problems and solutions to these problems. In this study the stages used only up to the information system architecture. The results of this study are proposed business architecture, data architecture and application architecture.

Abstract

Sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik (RME) berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data pasien di fasilitas layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem RME yang dibangun menggunakan platform berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode Agile Scrum guna memastikan fleksibilitas dan efektivitas dalam proses pengembangannya. Agile Scrum dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani kebutuhan yang dinamis, mendukung pengembangan sistem secara iteratif, serta meningkatkan kolaborasi antar tim pengembang. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur utama seperti pendaftaran pasien, pencatatan tindakan medis, pembayaran, dan manajemen keuangan yang terintegrasi dalam satu platform. Proses pengembangan meliputi beberapa tahap utama, termasuk analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan sprint, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing untuk memastikan bahwa data masukan dan keluaran sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan metode Agile Scrum mempercepat proses pengembangan, memperbaiki dan meningkatkan mutu perangkat lunak, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data medis pasien. Selain itu, sistem ini mendukung pengambilan keputusan tenaga medis dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional fasilitas kesehatan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, layanan kesehatan dapat lebih terorganisir, mengurangi kesalahan dalam pengelolaan rekam medis, serta menyederhanakan proses administrasi.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Android-based interactive E-LKPD with ethnoscience content and a Community Science and Technology model to improve students' critical thinking skills. The urgency is to provide innovative solutions for social studies learning by integrating Android-based science, technology, and local culture to increase interactivity and critical thinking in daily life. The method is Research and Development with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The population is 1 classroom teacher, 18 students, and 4 experts. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques, observation, interviews, tests, response questionnaires, and documentation. There are three data analyses: needs analysis, validity analysis, and practicality analysis. Needs analysis, teachers, and students need developed products. The validity of the E-LKPD is rated very valid (89.23%), while its practicality is rated very practical (90.83%). It was concluded that this E-LKPD is feasible and useful for improving students' critical thinking skills. Based on the research results, it is recommended that teachers take advantage of the Android-based ethnoscience E-LKPD and that schools support the application of learning technology.
