Abstract

This research aims to develop the EfficientNet-B0 Deep Learning model for detecting diseases in tomato leaves and integrate it into a mobile application based on Flutter. The research method includes training the model using an image dataset with optimization techniques such as quantization and pruning for efficiency on resource-limited devices. The results show a loss value of 0.0939 and an accuracy of 0.9955 on test data, with detection times ranging from 0.150 to 0.554 seconds. The implementation in the application allows farmers to detect tomato leaf diseases in real-time with high accuracy, supporting sustainable agricultural practices. The application is designed to be user-friendly, enabling users to capture images of suspected diseased tomato leaves and obtain quick diagnostic results. Through optimization techniques, this model operates efficiently on resource-constrained devices without sacrificing accuracy. This research provides a significant contribution to the application of artificial intelligence technology in the agricultural sector, offering practical and innovative solutions for detecting plant diseases via mobile devices, and potentially enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in managing tomato plant diseases.Keywords: Deep Learning, EfficientNet-B0, Tomato Leaf Disease Detection, Flutter, TensorFlow Lite.

Abstract

Di era digital, pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan efisien merupakan faktor kunci keberhasilan organisasi. Sistem keuangan berbasis web menawarkan solusi terintegrasi untuk mengelola data keuangan secara real-time, meningkatkan transparansi, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem keuangan berbasis web yang handal, skalabel, dan mudah dipelihara dengan menggunakan framework Angular 14 dan Laravel 8, serta basis data MySQL. Framework Angular 14 digunakan pada sisi front-end karena arsitektur modularnya dan kemampuannya dalam membangun aplikasi single-page application (SPA) yang dinamis. Laravel 8 digunakan pada sisi back-end dengan struktur Model-View-Controller (MVC) yang terorganisir dan Eloquent ORM untuk interaksi basis data yang mudah. MySQL dipilih sebagai sistem manajemen basis data relasional yang mendukung skalabilitas dan kemudahan penggunaan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak prototype digunakan dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan pengguna secara aktif untuk menghasilkan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data dan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan prototype, evaluasi dan pengujian prototype, iterasi dan penyempurnaan prototype, implementasi sistem final, serta evaluasi dan pemeliharaan sistem. Penelitian ini diharapkan menghasilkan sistem keuangan berbasis web yang dapat membantu organisasi dalam mengelola keuangan mereka lebih efektif dan efisien, serta menyediakan dokumentasi lengkap untuk referensi penelitian selanjutnya.Kata Kunci: 14, Laravel 8, MySQL, prototype, perangkat lunak

Abstract

The advancement of web technologies and mobile device sensors has opened new opportunities in the development of lightweight and flexible realtime navigation systems. This study aims to develop a web-based navigation system utilizing the Incremental GPS Path Logging Algorithm for step-by-step route logging, and integrating a digital compass to align the map view with the device’s orientation. The map visualization is implemented using Mapbox GL JS, enabling a third-person interactive display in realtime. Built with JavaScript and React JS, the system was tested in lightweight mobility scenarios such as walking and cycling. Results showed the system accurately tracked user positions, efficiently updated routes without full redraw, and displayed speed, distance, and duration in realtime. The use of DeviceOrientationEvent provided a more intuitive navigation experience, despite challenges like sensor lag or permission restrictions on certain devices. This system demonstrates great potential for personal tracking and lightweight mobility use cases across platforms without app installation. Future research may focus on 3D visualization optimization, integration of historical data, and advanced route analytics

Abstract

The tempe UMKM partnering with this program still use rudimentary production equipment, limiting product capacity and quality, making it difficult to meet modern market standards. These limitations result in minimal product innovation, unattractive packaging and low market penetration, particularly in the digital realm. To address these challenges, training and mentoring focused on improving production skills, innovating tempe variants and developing modern packaging. The implementation method included technical training on hygienic and innovative tempe production, a packaging design workshop that meets food safety standards, social media-based digital marketing training and business management mentoring and progress monitoring for three months. The results showed that partners were able to produce innovative tempe products with more attractive packaging, utilize digital platforms for marketing and increase turnover by an average of 20-30% during the mentoring period. The conclusion of this activity is that integrated training and mentoring, even starting with simple equipment, can encourage the transformation of tempe UMKM to become more modern, adaptive and competitive in the market
