Abstract

CV. Fiorretti merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penambangan sirtu (pasir dan batu). Target produksi sirtu yang direncanakan tahun 2023 sekitar 14,550 m³ sedangkan realisasi produksi sirtu rendah yaitu sebesar 1,834 m³/tahun. Produksi sirtu tidak sesuai dengan yang direncanakan disebabkan oleh kurangnya perhatian terhadap aktivitas penambangan, yang membutuhkan perhitungan yang tepat untuk biaya operasional, infrastruktur yang mendukung untuk kegiatan penambangan dan waktu kerja yang efektif. Perusahaan juga menargetkan keuntungan yang tidak terlepas dari harga jual yang telah di tentukan. Dimana harga jual mempengaruhi keuntungan dan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan sehingga perusahaan membutuhkan perhitungan ekonomis untuk menganalisis tingkat produksi dan biaya yang dihasilkan untuk mencapai keuntungan serta harga jual dengan menggunakan metode Break Even Point. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan metode Break Even Point diperoleh titik Break Even Point dengan volume penjualan 1.587 m³/bulan dan biaya serta penghasilan sebesar Rp 87.284.527 dan harga jual sirtu per m³ adalah Rp 55.000 dengan mempertimbangkan pasar dan permintaan, biaya, harga, dan penawaran pesaing serta peraturan pemerintah selain itu biaya penambangan di CV. Fiorretti selama 3 bulan mengambil biaya operasional sebesar Rp 166.093.060 dengan hubungan tingkat produksi dan biaya penambangan yaitu semakin banyak produksi, biaya penambangan yang dikeluarkan juga semakin besar. Keuntungan yang diperoleh CV. Fiorretti selama 3 bulan yaitu sebesar Rp 270.651.940.

Abstract

Mining of pebbles and sand occurs because the mining community does not have agricultural land. Mining activities carried out can provide employment and as a source of income. But on the other hand, this activity has the potential to have a direct impact on the environment such as landslides and road damage, which occurred in West Roworena Village. This study aims to determine the influence of infrastructure, institutions, and the environment on mining activities in West Roworena Village, North Ende District, Ende Regency.and to determine the management strategy of the C excavation mine in West Roworena Village, North Ende District, Ende Regency. This study is a descriptive analysis with a mixed approach (mix methoed). Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) Infrastructure, institutional, and environmental variables had a positive effect on mining activities with a value of 67.3%. (2) the management strategy of the C mine based on the results of the analysis of the strategy that uses the strengths and opportunities in quadrant I, which is in the form of the strategy of "management of the C mining by utilizing local technology and resources in improving the community's economy".
