Abstract

Genital hygiene care is to prevent and control infection, prevent skin damage, increase comfort, and maintain personal hygiene. The low knowledge of adolescents regarding aspects of reproductive health in adolescents is caused by the information they obtain mostly not coming from experts in the field, but instead from information sources that are sometimes even misleading. This research aims to determine the relationship between the role of parents in providing reproductive health education and genital hygiene care for young women in MAN Model Manado. This research uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional study design. Sampling using proportionate random sampling technique was 73 people. The conclusion of this research is that the majority of respondents' parents have a poor role in caring for the cleanliness of genital organs in adolescent girls, amounting to 47 people (64.4%) and at least the parents of respondents have a good role in caring for the cleanliness of genital organs in adolescent girls. as many as 26 people (35.6%). There is a relationship between the role of parents in providing reproductive health education with genital hygiene care for adolescent girls at MAN Model Manado. With the results of the chi-square statistical test analysis, a significance level of 0.000 was obtained. Further research is needed regarding reproductive health in adolescent girls.

Abstract

Online game addiction is a major concern for society today. Even though there is a lot of research devoted to efforts to reduce the level of online game addiction, the lack of research discussing the prevention of online game addiction is still an issue. The aim of this activity is to explore various options for preventing online game addiction, especially among teenagers as a group that is vulnerable to this problem. Teenagers, as the age group that faces the most obstacles related to the use of online games, require special attention. Preventing online game addiction in teenagers is essential considering its impact covering health, psychological, academic, social and financial aspects in their lives. The importance of this service activity is to prevent the bad effects of online game addiction which can disrupt teenagers' lives. The hope is that this activity can make a significant contribution to efforts to prevent online gaming addiction, while supporting future research to explore broader prevention alternatives.

Abstract

Maternal health issues refer to reproductive health issues, including comprehensive information and education on sex, contraception, access to legal and safe abortion, sexually transmitted diseases, and HIV/AIDS diagnosis. The high MMR and low understanding of reproductive health are indicators of the government's weakness in protecting and implementing the reproductive health rights of citizens. This study aims to find out how the influence of health promotion on adolescents' knowledge about reproductive health. The method used in this study is a type of literature study research. The results of the study convey that health promotion affects adolescents' knowledge about reproductive health. Adolescent reproductive health is a healthy situation that affects the organs, functions, and reproductive efforts of an adolescent. What is meant by health here is not only being free from illness or disability, but also mental, social, and cultural health. Adolescents are at high risk of various sexual and reproductive health problems, including the risk of unwanted pregnancy, the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV/AIDS, unsafe abortion, and sexual violence.

Abstract

Stunting is a growth disorder due to malnutrition that occurs in children under five years old. Stunting in children under five is a consequence of several factors that are often associated with poverty, including nutrition, health, knowledge and social and cultural factors. The aim of this research is to look at the factors that cause stunting in toddlers. The research method uses Scoping Review to map literature and identify problems or shadows in the research area to be studied. The results of the research show that data obtained that the number of stunting cases in Jorong Lubuk Sao can be worrying, the results of the data show that there is an average for each stunting indicator (TB, BB, LK) which indicates stunting. The intervention that has been carried out from the data above is by providing outreach and counseling regarding healthy food as well as introducing the electronic application ready for marriage and pregnancy (elsimil) to the local community, this is an accompanying screening application for prospective brides (catin), prospective couples of childbearing age (CaPUS) , pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and families with babies aged 0-59 months. The conclusion of this research is that the stunting prevalence rate in Indonesia is still above 20%, meaning it has not reached the WHO target. Influencing factors are low levels of exclusive breastfeeding, low protein energy intake, poor provision of MP-ASI, low family income, completeness of immunizations.
