Abstract

The importance of implementing innovative learning models, such as the realistic mathematics approach (RME), is a solution to improve student interaction and mathematics learning outcomes. This research aims to evaluate the effect of the Realistic Mathematics (RME) approach on Mathematics learning outcomes and critical thinking abilities of students in classes VA and VB at SDN 02 Percontohan Bukittingi. The research method used was a quasi-experimental research design (Quasi Experiment) with an experimental group of 25 students at VA SDN 02 Percontohan Bukittingi (class with the PMR approach) and a control group of 24 students at VB SDN 02 Percontohan Bukittingi (class with conventional learning). The research instrument involved critical thinking ability tests and Mathematics learning outcomes tests (Pre-test and Post-test). The results of data analysis show that the application of the Realistic Mathematics Approach has a significant influence in improving Mathematics learning outcomes and students' critical thinking abilities (Sig. 0.00 < 0.05). The experimental group showed a higher increase in average scores. (83.68) compared to the control group (61.54). The Realistic Mathematics Approach Model can be used as an effective alternative for teachers to improve student's critical thinking skills and understanding of mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Madrasah in Indonesia faces opportunities and challenges in keeping up with current developments to achieve quality education. The independent learning curriculum is the latest development in education in Indonesia. This curriculum carries the concept of flexibility, giving teachers freedom in choosing learning methods and materials. This research analyzes problems in applying the independent learning curriculum to Islamic education in Madrasah. This research method uses literature or library research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques involve information sources from various relevant literature and documents. This research shows that the independent learning curriculum can provide students with a deep and comprehensive learning experience if implemented comprehensively in Madrasah. However, several problems arise when implementing the curriculum. Issues such as the readiness of teachers and staff, the quality and consistency of Islamic education, and adequate resources are the main problems among the many problems in implementing the independent curriculum for Islamic madrasah education. In overcoming this problem, there is a need for additional training for teachers and staff, the development of curriculum consistency guidelines, and an emphasis on the continuation of quality Islamic education.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan sangat penting dan diperlukan bagi suatu organisasi untuk membentuk kerja sama tim yang baik dalam menjalankannya kerjasama dalam suatu organisasi. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi tergantung pada faktor kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim, dan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara sikap kepemimpinan dan organisasi adalah melihat bagaimana hubungan antar organisasi atau kelompok. Di dalam Selain itu juga dapat melihat pengaruh hubungan kepemimpinan yang digunakan oleh seorang pemimpin dalam situasi dan kondisi organisasi. Kepemimpinan yang etis akan menciptakan hubungan kerja yang lebih nyaman suasana dalam organisasi dan menghindari konflik. Penelitian ini merupakan gambaran kepemimpinan yang baik sikap, dalam menerapkan sikap pemimpin itu sendiri. Etika kepemimpinan dalam menjalankan organisasi merupakan dimensi yang tidak mempunyai dimensi kehidupan organisasi sehari-hari, tanpa adanya ketiadaan. Kurangnya etika kepemimpinan dan etika organisasi yang efektif dapat mengakibatkan tidak tercapainya keseimbangan dalam organisasi terganggu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kerjasama antara pimpinan organisasi dan karyawan.
