Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya peningkatan kesadaran dan tindakan pencegahan kekerasan seksual di lingkungan Universitas Palangka Raya dengan fokus pada pembangunan lingkungan aman dan kampus ramah perempuan. Metode penelitian meliputi survei, wawancara, dan analisis data statistik terkait insiden kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan dan hambatan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman bagi perempuan di kampus serta menganalisis efektivitas program-program pencegahan yang ada. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap kekerasan seksual di kalangan mahasiswa dan staf, namun masih diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan mengenai kekerasan seksual ke dalam kurikulum. Program pencegahan seperti lokakarya, pelatihan, dan kampanye kesadaran telah berdampak positif dalam memberikan informasi dan keterampilan kepada individu di kampus. Meskipun demikian, perlunya dukungan institusi dan perubahan budaya secara menyeluruh untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang benar-benar aman dan ramah bagi perempuan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kerja sama antara berbagai pihak di universitas, meningkatkan akses terhadap sumber daya pendukung, serta terus memperkuat program-program pencegahan dan pendidikan mengenai kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

Sexual violence remains a pressing concern in Indonesia, with thousands of cases reported annually, yet only a fraction proceed to trial due to the withdrawal of reports by victims. This study investigates the factors that influence survivors of sexual violence to withdraw their legal complaints, and the subsequent impact on the legal process, particularly within the jurisdiction of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police. Employing an empirical juridical research method, this study collects data through in-depth interviews with survivors, police officers, and representatives from victim support institutions. The findings reveal that social stigma, fear of retaliation, distrust in the legal system, and insufficient legal or psychological support often lead victims to abandon legal proceedings. Despite the legal framework provided by Law No. 12 of 2022 on Criminal Sexual Violence, procedural barriers such as evidentiary requirements and inconsistent application of victim protection laws persist. The research underscores the need for a stronger integration of legal support mechanisms, survivor-focused policies, and community education to ensure justice. These findings contribute to understanding the real-world limitations of the TPKS Law's implementation and call for systemic reforms to support victims more effectively.

Abstract

This study analyzes the existence of Restorative Justice House (Rumah Restoratif Justice) as a mechanism for resolving minor criminal cases in the jurisdiction of the Palangka Raya District Attorney's Office. The background of the problem shows an increase in the number of minor criminal cases resulting in excessive court workload and ineffective handling of conflicts in the society. In this context, Restorative Justice House emerges as an alternative solution that emphasizes restorative justice, where the main focus is the restoration of relationships between perpetrators, victims and the community. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the philosophical and practical role of Restorative Justice House in supporting the criminal justice system in Palangka Raya. This research seeks to answer the questions: What is the philosophical basis or main principle of the restorative justice house concept established by the Palangka Raya District Attorney's Office? What is the urgency of the existence of restorative justice houses in handling minor criminal cases in the jurisdiction of the Palangka Raya District Attorney's Office? The research method used was a qualitative approach with literature analysis and in-depth interviews with legal practitioners and communities involved in Restorative Justice House. The results of this study indicate that Restorative Justice House provides a practical solution to reduce the burden on the courts and strengthens the principles of restorative justice that are more inclusive and adaptive to local needs. The philosophical implications of Restorative Justice House underscore the importance of a restorative and rehabilitation-oriented approach, as opposed to a traditional retributive approach.

Abstract

Status gizi ibu pada kehamilan berpengaruh pada status gizi janin, Asupan makanan ibu dapat masuk ke janin melalui tali pusat yang terhubung kepada tubuh ibu. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi ibu hamil dengan kejadian anemia di Puskesmas Tobadak Tahun 2021. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 . Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah secara Total Populasi sebanyak 40 orang. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan lila atas dan Hb Sahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 5 orang (12.5%) ibu hamil IMT Normal tidak mengalami Anemia, 7 orang (17.5%) Ibu Hamil IMT Normal mengalami Anermia, 21 orang (52.5%) Ibu Hamil IMT tidak Normal tidak mengalami Anemia, 7 orang (17,5%). Hasil penelitian Ibu Hamil IMT tidak Normal mengalami Anemia dan nilai X2=0.06 menunjukkan nilai H0 lebih besar dari Ha yang berarti tidak ada hubungan antara status gizi IMT dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester I di pustu Tobadak dan nilai odd ratiao (OR) sebesar 4,103. Kesimpulan banyak ibu hamil dengan status gizi kurang dan anemia. di sarankan pada ibu hamil meningkatkan asupan gizi dan mengonsumsi tablet Fe, dan memeriksakan kehamilannya sebanyak 4 x selama kehamilan. Kepada petugas kesehatan agar memberikan konseling pada ibu hamil saat pemeriksaan.
