Abstract

Kreativitas dalam desain kemasan produk olahan laut memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan daya saing Desa Kubu di pasar. Masalah yang teridentifikasi meliputi kemasan produk yang kurang menarik dan kesulitan dalam memperluas pemasaran, menyebabkan produk lokal seperti ikan kering, cencalu, dan udang papai sulit bersaing dengan produk sejenis yang lebih menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dalam desain kemasan produk olahan laut sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing Desa Kubu di pasar lokal dan regional. Melalui pendekatan kreatif dalam desain kemasan, diharapkan produk olahan laut Desa Kubu dapat lebih menarik minat konsumen, membedakan diri dari pesaing, dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Penelitian ini menggali literatur terkait strategi pengembangan ekonomi lokal, analisis bauran pemasaran pada home industri, pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kinerja penjualan, dan strategi pengembangan usaha home industry di berbagai daerah. Dengan mengintegrasikan temuan dari literatur tersebut, penelitian ini memberikan pandangan yang komprehensif dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing Desa Kubu melalui kemasan produk olahan laut yang lebih kreatif dan inov.

Abstract

This research aims to explore social and institutional dynamics in the implementation of digital village service applications as part of the Smart Village program in South Arut District, Central Kalimantan. The phenomenon studied focuses on the readiness of village apparatus, changes in administrative culture, community response, as well as local obstacles and adaptation in facing digital transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach of the case study type to understand the process, meaning, and experiences of the perpetrators in depth. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with village officials, community leaders, and residents, participatory observation during training and implementation activities, and documentation from service archives and village reports. The results of the study identified four main themes, namely: (1) the readiness and challenges of village apparatus in technology adoption, (2) the transformation of administrative work culture from manual to digital systems, (3) diverse community responses and participation, and (4) technical barriers such as limited internet networks and locally developed collaborative solutions. These findings suggest that the success of the digitization of village services depends not only on technology, but also on local social, cultural, and institutional readiness. This research contributes to the development of literature on village digitalization, especially in non-urban areas, and presents practical implications for policymakers and implementers of Smart Village programs. The study also recommends the need for long-term mentoring and community-based approaches to ensure the sustainability of digital innovation at the village level.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and digitalization, the world of work is experiencing significant changes that affect various aspects of the organization, including work ethic, job satisfaction, organizational support, organizational commitment, and employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work ethic, job satisfaction, and organizational support on organizational commitment and employee performance, with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Data were collected through a 5-point Likert questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Menthobi Mitra Lestari Pangkalan Bun and analyzed using SMARTPLS. The results showed that work ethic and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, but job satisfaction has no significant effect. In addition, organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. The study also found that organizational commitment does not moderate the effect of work ethic, job satisfaction, and organizational support on employee performance. However, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction and organizational support have no significant effect. These findings indicate that organizational support is an important factor in increasing organizational commitment, and work ethic directly affects employee performance. This research contributes to the human resource management literature by highlighting the importance of work ethic and organizational support in the context of employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila berbasis kearifan local pada masyarakat Dayak Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan nara sumber, pengamatan melalui video documenter, dan pengumpulan deskripsi dari literasi-literasi yang terkait dengan tema penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitisan ini adalah bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila berbasis kearifan local pada masyarakat Dayak merupakan nilai-nilai yang disepakati dan tertanam dalam suatu masyarakat, yang mengakar pada suatu kebiasaan, kepercayaan, dengan karakteristik tertentu yang dapat dibedakan satu dengan yang lainnya sebagai acuan perilaku dan tanggapan atas apa yang akan terjadi atau sedang terjadi. Kearifan local yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Dayak selama ini sudah mencerminkan implementasi dari nilai-nilai Pancasila yaitu; memiliki kebersamaan, memiliki sikap rela berkorban untuk kepentingan bersama, memiliki rasa kesetiakawanan/toleransi, memberikan penghargaan terhadap warisan leluhur, menjunjung tinggi nilai kerohanian atau keagamaan. Apabila nilai-nilai budaya Dayak dilaksanakan dengan baik, maka nilai-nilai Pancasila sudah terimplementasi, dan selanjutnya akan perbengaruh terhadap pembentukan perilaku yang baik pada masyarakat.
